Casa La Florida is beautifully located in the area of ​​Puntagorda. The holiday home with private pool for up to 4 people combines Canarian architecture and modern elements into a harmonious whole. The location in the sunny west half of the island is perfect for exploring the rest of the island, the city of Los Llanos with its many shops and the beautiful beaches of the island can be easily reached by car.



On the upper floor of the house there is 1 living room with dining area, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee maker and blender. For entertainment Internet (wifi), satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system are available. Outside you can relax in the garden, on the sun terrace, in the pavilion, on the barbecue area or in the private pool with pool heating (for a fee).

So muss Urlaub

Netter Kontakt, tolle Lage auf 820m ü.M. ruhig, großzügig, alles vorhanden, toller Pool, Außenküche, einfach so wie man Urlaub braucht, keinen Stress und nette Menschen, ein tolles Haus mit Pool und nach oben und unten reichlich Platz zum Wandern, in den Kiefernwäldern oberhalb der Weinberge auch im Hochsommer durch Wind und Schatten ein Traum, alles in allem eine Empfehlung wert, Daumen hoch!

Ein ganz tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben sogar ein Restaurant Besuch für ein Abendessen und ein Aufenthalt im Touristenzentrum geschenkt bekommen. Es gab bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt 2 Mal einen üppigen Obstkorb mit Wein und frischen Blumen. Bei Fragen oder wenn was nicht korrekt funktioniert ist der Besitzer sofort zur Stelle und behebt alles. Man muss nur wissen, dass das Haus hoch gelegen ist und im Winter kann es schon kalt werden und man muss die Heizung anmachen. Sonst ist der Poolbereich von außen nicht einsehbar, was für die Privatsphäre noch vom Vorteil ist. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir kochen sehr viel selbst und es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Das Schlafzimmer unten war allerdings etwas klein. Für Kinder aber denke ich ausreichend. Zusammenfassend ein absolut tolles Haus für 2 Erw + 2 Kinder. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Sie haben Recht- auf dieser Höhe kann es im Winter schon einmal etwas kühler werden , dafür bietet die Lage des Hauses aber auch einen tollen Ausblick.
