Beautiful apartment on the beachfront, with stunning views of the bay of Cullera. Located in the best area of San Antonio, beach 10 meters. Central area with many shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, accessible points for people with reduced mobility and supermarkets nearby.
Completely renovated, all brand new: furniture, mattresses, box springs, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, In addition our kitchen has complete utensils of glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.
Sea and mountain views, balcony, small laundry room, room with two beds, large living room with capacity for 4/5 people, sofa bed, two bed furniture, fully equipped kitchenette (including washing machine) and bathroom.
The apartment is located on the seafront, which can be accessed directly from the building's elevator.
We have the possibility of private parking close to the apartment as long as we request, whose price is not included in the reservation.
This apartment is registered in the registry of tourist apartments of the Valencian Community with registration number VT-43408-V

Muchas gracias por su opinión y el tiempo dedicado a compartir sus experiencias, que nos ayudan a la mejora constante que pretendemos. Lamentamos mucho las posibles molestias que le haya podido
ocasionar estar en la mejor zona de Cullera y con más servicios a su alrededor. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado con ventanas climalit que aislan totalmente el ruido. Hemos tenido comentarios pero en referencia a los ruidos hasta la fecha es el primero que tenemos.Sobre el tema del aire acondicionado, ya se le comentó antes de realizar la reserva de que ese apartamento en concreto tenia 2 ventiladores de techo, uno en el salón y otro en la habitación, además de que cuenta con una muy buena corriente natural, por lo que no es necesario el uso de aire acondicionado.Tenemos otros
apartamentos anunciados en esta plataforma y con distintos equipamientos, usted reservó acorde a sus posilbidades y eligió lo que valoro necesario. La revisión del apartamento se debió a la hora intespectiva (4:30 de la mañana) que lo abanadono, incumpliendo los horarios de reserva indicados por la dirección. En este caso pese a indicarnos que la revisión fue muy exhaustiva y que les extraño, no debió se tan cuidadosa ya que los siguientes inquilinos que entraron al día siguiente nos informaron de una avería en la lavadora.
Si usted informa con anterioridad de esta necesidad de abandonar el apartamento a esas horas, no habría sido aceptada su reserva por parte de esta dirección ya que a
esas horas, no esta disponible nadie para ir a verificar el correcto estado del apartamento. En el caso de la tetera, es un complemento con un valor de 2 euros, si nos lo solicita se lo habríamos facilitado, es un apartamneto vacacional y está lo mejor posible equipado pero no podemos tener todas las necesidades de las distintas culturas que nos visitan. Sobre la wifi, Cullera tiene el servicio público en toda la zona de la costa. En ningún momento se nos comentó esa necesidad, ya que el
apartamento no tiene entre sus servicios el wifi.

Inmejorable ubicación, limpieza y trato
Contentísima con la uni, fui con tres niños y lo que buscaba era cercanía a la playa, comercios. Un apartamento acogedor y con todo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Recomendable.
