About this property
Peaceful house in the heart of Gascogne
House in a peaceful location where you will find all the benefits of the countryside at Porte d'Auch, capital of Gascony. You can take advantage of an above-ground wooden swimming pool to relax after your visits.
My house is very bright, a few squirrels, deer and other animals can cross your path.
Marciac temple of Jazz 40 minutes away, Vic Fezensac, Tempo Latino festival and bullfighting venue is 20 minutes away, Fleurance 20 minutes also for its Astronomy festival.
A very sunny house with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are south facing and spacious, a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and two sinks. An open kitchen will allow you to be able to exchange between you. Two terraces, one under shelter for lunch and one in wood to lie in the sun on sunbathing. An above-ground wooden swimming pool will allow you to relax and refresh yourself. Your vehicle will be protected under the carport or in a garage.
You have access to all rooms except an office.
