Set atop the Cretan Sea, Royal Garden Villas, comprising two distinct villas, form a surreal paradise that takes full advantage of its location, offering sweeping views of the sea and the village of Bali. The buildings are clad in a white facade that harmonizes perfectly with the Aegean blue, creating an elegant contrast and providing impressive, unobstructed vistas.


Furnished in stylish touches, Lili Villa offers a perfect layout to maximize views. Offering quick access to Bali beach, the single-story villa can accommodate 3 people in beds and up to 4 people if it is necessary.


Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, satellite 55" HDTV including Netflix, Playstation 4, a dining area and a fully equipped functional kitchen. From the living room area, you have direct access to the pool area which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Cretan sea.


As you go through the corridor, there is a bathroom with hydromassage shower. Then there are 2 bedrooms in the villa, one with a double bed (1,40X2,00) and access to the pool area and the other one with a semi-double bed (1,20X2,00) and access to the garden area. Both bedrooms offer HDTV, A/C, closet, and access to the outdoor area.


Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A 20 sq. m infinity swimming pool with pool alarm system for child safety. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a sink
- Dining table for 6 people next to the pool.
- A ping pong table
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, an umbrella, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the garden around the villa
- A hanging swing chair


* Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15EUR per night from April to October and 4EUR per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Beautiful Villa in a beautiful place

The villa was perfect for our family holiday in Bali. Beautiful views out to sea, plenty of outdoor space with comfortable sunbeds. It has everything you need including air con, and is only a 10 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Bali. Bit of a steep walk on the way back but as it’s not far this wasn’t an issue for us. Thoroughly recommend

Lovely little Villa, quiet location

Peaceful location, nestled near Bali beach and Bail Harbour. Leavy and clean Villa with excellent property management to support you during the stay. The second double bedroom is small and it would be better with 2 bathrooms however. The kitchen is equipped well, the outside area is lovely and a lovely view. The accommodation wifi is weak at times, we had a family of ants staying with us but it made us keep the kitchen clean! The walk down to Bali is 10 mins but on a hot day, the walk back up can be a little hard. Definitely get a hure car it makes life easier. Overall, a lovely villa, we stayed as 2 couples and it was ok but as mentioned 2 bathrooms and a bigger second bedroom bed would have been better but the room is too small to accommodate that. Bali is a lovely, 4 cove area witb a beach to cater for all.

Kleines Ferienhaus in schönem Ort

Wir haben 14 Tage als vierköpfige Familie in einem schönen kleinen Häuschen in dem niedlichen nicht zu überlaufenden Ort Bali genossen. Check-In und Check-Out absolut unkompliziert, der Eigentümer sowie die Vermietungsagentur standen jederzeit bei Problemen und Fragen zur Verfügung und haben umgehend für Abhilfe gesorgt. Großartig war die inkludierte Reinigung und der Austausch von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche nach jeweils 3 Nächten, kannten wir so bisher noch nicht. Einziges Manko - und bisher leider unerwähnt in den vorherigen Bewertungen - ist die doch recht stark befahrene Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Die Glaswände zum Meer hin, die einen tollen Meerblick garantieren, helfen gegen das Gaffen der Vorbeifahrenden leider wenig. Auch die mehrmals täglich stattfindenden Quad-Touren, die am Haus vorbeiführen, waren nicht eben ein Genuss. Davon ab würden wir das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Großer Pluspunkt ist der Ort Bali, der mit tollen Sandstränden aufwartet (besonders toll für Kinder) und günstigen wirklich guten Restaurants.

Very nice modern, clean villa. All the amenities for a great holiday, pool, aircon, BBQ, etc. Villa as per the photos (which is very often not the case). Sunny spot with ace views to the fishing village and sea. Large cantilever Parasol (which is not shown in the photos) is very useful to provide shade when required during the day. Service from the Agent was 5 star, great communication, very helpful and prompt.

Einfach Großartig

Exklusive Lage und großzügiges Platzangebot. Wir haben es absolut genossen. Tolle Location mit allem drum und dran. Bei Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank gefüllt inklusive einer Flasche Wein. Absolut empfehlenswert. Sogar unsere Teenager waren zufrieden. 5 Sterne! Der Fußweg runter nach Bali ist zwar etwas steil, aber machbar.

Great villa in ideal location. Everything you need in walking distance - but steep on the way home! Villa staff were very helpful and provided excellent welcome pack and plenty of useful information. Lots of tavernas and small shops in Bali and the views are stunning.

Great appartment and great personal service

Before our journey to Crete were pleasantly surprised by the tips and suggestions Kostas gave us. It's nice to already get some information about reliable car rental services and the offer to arrange some groceries since we would arrive late. Natasha, the owner, welcomed us at the house with a great fruit basket, wine and water (and the very welcome groceries) We were absolutely happy with the luxurious atmosphere of the house, great view and lot's of outside space. The villa has everything you need. Cleaning service during our stay was definitely appreciated, nice to have a fresh towel and a fresh bed. Bali is small but very nice with a few small beaches, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets (we only couldn't find fresh meat for the BBQ but we could have asked our Etouri host Robert who gave us so much usable tips) If you're planning on doing trips, enough to do on Crete but usually an hour drive or more. But the villa is so comfortable you could just stay 'home'. Special thanks to Robert and team for your personal attention and service!

Wer Kretas Schönheit auf Tagesreisen entdecken und einen Rückzugsort zur perfekten Entspannung sucht, ist in Lili Villa bei Royal Garden bestens aufgehoben: Jedes Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, wahlweise klimatisiert. Highlight ist der Außenbereich mit kleinem aber modernstem Swimmingpool, dessen Längsseite den unteren Rahmen zum Landschaftspanorama bildet, ein Meeresblick wie aus dem Designerkatalog. Aber keine Angst: Kreta ist real schön in Villa Lili: Abkühlung jederzeit möglich, zwischen schönsten Leserückzugsräumen, dazu ein Außengrill mit davor großer Sitzgruppe. Perfekte Betreuung durch den Gastgeber via WhatsApp und zuverlässiger Reinigungsdienst. Villa Lili bietet 4köpfiger Familie Platz, (Villa Lili kleiner, Villa Yasmin üppig) Interessant: Preisunterschiede zwischen den Dreien nicht so groß. Anyone looking to explore Crete's beauty on day trips and looking for a retreat for perfect relaxation will find Lili Villa at Royal Garden in the best of hands: each room is modernly furnished, with optional air conditioning. The highlight is the outdoor area with a small but most modern swimming pool, whose long side forms the lower frame to the landscape panorama, a sea view as from the designer catalog. But do not worry: Crete is really beautiful in Villa Lili: Cooling at any time possible, between beautiful reading retreats, plus an outdoor grill with a large seating area in front. Perfect care by the host via WhatsApp and reliable cleaning service. Villa Lili offers family of 4, (Villa Lili smaller, Villa Yasmin lush) Interesting: price differences between the three not so big.

A beautiful villa - highly recommended!

Villa Lili is a gorgeous, brand new villa which sits 10 minutes up from the resort of Bali. The pictures are exactly what greets you when you arrive. The outdoor pool and sunbeds are where we spent most of our week - really lovely and comfortable, just what you need for a week's basking in the sun. We were greeted by the owner, with a lovely touch of a massive fruit basket which lasted the week and tea, coffee, bread etc. As we arrived late she was kind enough to drop us back in the resort of Bali as we headed out to find a meal. It's only a 10-minute walk up the hill from the resort but we were grateful for the help in getting our bearings that first night. The villa has everything you need - wifi, massive TV and Netflix, washing machine, air con - plus BBQ area / outdoor kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we were well looked after by the maid service (twice in the week we were there). Bali was a lovely place - four different resorts within one is how I would describe it (four coves with different restaurants/bars in each) We spent the majority of our time in the old harbour area - lovely food, bars and of course wonderful Greek hospitality. This villa is perfect for couples - not recommended for those with young children (the pool is not secure). A car would be recommended if you want to explore further - we didn't have one for the week so struggled with getting food shopping back to the villa because the taxi service is almost non-existent ( the supermarket owner gave us a lift back - see what I mean about that Greek hospitality!) Top tip - try the Greek street food takeaway place in the old port area - brilliant and they deliver! Thank you to Kostas and the team for helping us have a great week away.
