The house is surrounded by a 2 hectare park and enjoys a magnificent view over the valley.

a large terrace with garden furniture and a dining table for 12 people.
A second terrace with barbecue, round table for 10 people and a magnificent view of the vineyards.
Large heated swimming pool from April to end of October (12x6m), trampoline;
INTERIOR:
The kitchen of the house is fully equipped: 2 refrigerators, 3 ovens, 1 of which is steam.
Games room for children, French billiards and table football for adults!
Large TV lounge (Canal +, Being sport, UKSAT, PS4, Wii).
The house is located in the heart of between two seas 1 km from the bastide of Monsegur and its shops.
Transport: Bordeaux Airport: 1 hour- Bergerac Airport: 50 mins- La Reole Station: 10 mins by car.
