Lucignano - Cozy and reserved country house

Located 2 km from the beautiful village of Lucignano, pearl della Valdichiana, the Podere La Querce of nineteenth-century origins, recently renovated has kept intact the original architectural elements and furnishings in typical Tuscan style.
The property is surrounded by a hectare of land which includes a large olive grove, a vineyard and a vegetable garden, whose seasonal products are available to guests during their stay.
The hillside location and access by private road guarantee complete privacy for your relaxation.
You can enjoy a breathtaking view, which goes from Rigomagno up to Montepulciano, with Mount Amiata in the background. The view of Lucignano lights up in the evening with hundreds of suggestive lights.
In the June evenings it is possible to admire the fireflies that play among the vegetation. Early in the morning you can see a roe deer walking around the vineyard or the olive grove.
The location is ideal for visiting some of the most renowned places in Tuscany. Within a radius of 30 km you can reach Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Val d'Orcia and much more. Less than 10 km there are the beautiful Terme di Rapolano.
The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a living room of 40 sqm with sofa bed, a large fireplace and a reading room.
An open veranda on the side of the kitchen equipped with table and chairs overlooks the large garden. A barbecue is available for grilling with a view of the valley. For afternoon relaxation the garden offers shaded and sunny areas equipped with deckchairs.
On the first floor a closed veranda overlooks the valley, three large bedrooms with double beds can accommodate up to 6 people, in the bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub.
At check-in you will be asked for a deposit of € 250.00 which will be returned at check-out if there is no damage.
