* Quiet, family friendly complex perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Mountains.
* Spacious end unit with over 1700 square feet of remodeled living space
* 4 private bedrooms with beds for up to 11 people (no sofa beds or sofa sleeping please)

One Bunk bedroom (1 Full bed - 1 top twin - 1 trundle twin. sleeps 4)

* Open living space with vaulted ceilings, huge south facing windows with views of The Sherwin Mountains. There's also a cozy wood burning fireplace (plenty of wood provided) for the cooler months.
* Upstairs deck overlooks the park like courtyard common area and community pool. It features a new stainless steel gas Weber grill and patio chairs.
* Great room has 55" HD smart TV (you can access your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime accounts) DVD/BluRay player and a collection of movies for your enjoyment.
* Bonus Room has Foosball table, Shuffleboard Table, Playstation 3 (please bring your own games since ours have disappeared from the unit) , and additional TV area add to the fun.
*Toys, games, Pack-n-Play and Highchair are provided (Please bring your own sheets)



COMPLEX LOCATION
* Complex is on Chateau Road (1 complex away from Old Mammoth road). Short, flat, easy walk to Vons, the movie theater, the bowling alley, and many dining options.
* Easy access to the Red Line bus stop on Chateau Road right in front of complex
* Close to Eagle Lodge with a quick 1.4 mile drive, which has easy parking and lift access.
* Mammoth Creek, and various trails and bike paths are an easy walk
* Mammoth Creek Park is around the corner for more kid fun on the playground
* You can get onto bike trails and fish at Mammoth Creek without getting into your car.


COMPLEX DETAILS
* Each Villa de los Pinos unit backs up to the secluded common area great for all seasons.
* In winter, enjoy safe snow play away from the road with gorgeous views
* In summer, the open grass area is perfect for picnics, playing and hanging out.
* Enjoy the complex tennis court, volleyball court, pool, spa, sauna and horse shoe pits.
* Our unit (#25) is central to all the fun. It is the closest unit to the pool, hot tub, and sauna area. It's literally steps into the welcoming hot tub after a day on the slopes
*2 parking spaces in front of unit. Additional parking may be available in complex; please check with owner ahead of time though. Please inquire about off site additional parking options.

The cabin location and amenities are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked and a group of 10 was able to sleep comfortably and cook all breakfast and dinners at home. We were able to walk to breweries, bakeries, and the park and skating rink. The kids could do snow play out the patio door and the spa and sauna was delightful. The property is very good about plowing.

The place was newly remodeled and very comfortable.

Lisa made eveything very easy. I'd like to say it was just like home, but it is actually better. The unit is nicely furnished, and we had no problem sleeping 4 adults and 7 kids. On my next visit to mamouth, it will definitely my first choice

Great location for skiing (red bus line) & walking distance to breweries dining and grocery store.

We had a lovely stay for spring break. Skiing was great for this time of year and it was surprisingly not too busy. The house location is very good for the red bus line which goes to the village and main lodge and is around the corner from Vons, a couple of breweries and the Rock Brasserie and Bowling. The open space in the back was a relaxing place to sit while watching the kids play in the snow.

As So Cal kids, my husband and I each grew up exploring the Sierras. Years later, our Southern California family choose Mammoth Mountain because of our love for the outdoors and the welcoming feel of the Mammoth Mountain community. There is so much to do in Mammoth all year long, yet it also has the small town feel we craved. Skiing, boarding, and cozy fires keep us busy in the snowy months, while the entertainment options the rest of the year are endless. Hiking, fishing, and biking are some of our warmer weather favorites, and are always better when followed by a BBQ with friends and family. Creating family memories in Mammoth is a priority for us that we hope to do for years to come. We hope that your family and friends will enjoy making memories in Mammoth just as much!
