La casa viene pubblicizzata con 6 camere da letto e non viene evidenziato che due di queste sono due ripostigli maleodoranti senza luce naturale e areazione insufficiente, venduti come camere da letto al piano terra con tre posti letto. Naturalmente sull'annuncio
queste non sono fotografate.
