Do you want a two floors apartment in the port of Mahón with an amazing sea view and the Isla Pinto just in front of your terrace with direct elevator access and garage for car and motorbike? It´s really difficult to say no, and now you just find it!

You access by the 3rd floor which is a beautiful penthouse in which you have the living room opened to the terrace, kitchen also from where you can also enjoy the sea views and one double room with queen size bed and a complete bathroom with its little terrace. Going downstairs to the 2nd floor, you can access by the elevator or inside stairs there are one double room equipped with two single beds which can be a queen size bed and one single room with a shared bathroom for both rooms.

As you will have neighbors downstairs, please do not be so noisy as we all have to respect the rest.

The port area is wonderful as you are in the Moll de Llevant, in less than a 5 min walk to your right hand from the apartment you have every terrace and restaurants by the sea and such a cool ambiance, but if you choose to turn left you will find the Rambla Marina in less than 2 min walk which give you access to the Old area of Mahón for sightseeing, shopping or having lunch in quite good restaurants.

The airport is 15 min drive from the apartment.
Big supermarket as Mercadona is 5 min by car.
