The maisonette is fully furnished, air-cinditioned with a spacious terrace, a balcony with a sea view and private parking, only 1min walking from the beach. The maisonette offers a high standard of accommodation.
The maisonette has one bedroom with queen-size bed and one twin-bedded bedroom, a fully eqquiped kitchen combined with a living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and a large furnished terrace and a balcony.
This apartment with maximum capacity of 4 adults+ 2 Children or babies is completely autonomous and consists of two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed availiable on the ground floor (living room) that can accommodate 2 children. The kitchen is fully eqquiped with a stove ,refridgerator , coffee machine, microwave and generally everything needed for coocking.
The outside terrace is large and beautiful , especially after sunset, where you can have breakfast while admiring the green nature on one side, and the magnificent Mount Pantokrator on the other. At your first night at the terrace, you are sure to fall in love with the house! During the day, you can utilize the electrical shader if you wish to.
