Sea View Apartment with Swimming Pool - Beach, Old Town, Strip - 10 min walk

Cozy apartment located in the heart of Albufeira. Within walking distance from the apartment you will find 2 large supermarkets: Continente and Pingo Doce. And of course a lot of bars and restaurants, McDonald's, KFC, pharmacy, banks just 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is only in 10-15 min walk. The Strip Street with clubs, bars and nightlife is 10-13 min walk.
The apartment is located in a closed condominium. If you come by car, it is not a problem. There is a big parking at the building where you can easily find a place to leave it. There is a swimming-pool for adults, children's pool and a poolside bar. A playground and a skate park are 10 min walk. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is no lift in the building.
The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a living room with a big sofa where can sleep two more people and TV channels: Skynews, channels in Portuguese, French and German, a fully equipped kitchen is together with the living room. There is a microwave, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, all the utensils you will need for preparing your favorite dishes. And also there is a bathroom with a hair dryer.
A huge balcony looks to the garden with a nice ocean view.
Albufeira City Center is a great choice for travelers interested in restaurantes, food and nightlife.
We provide the clean linens once a week and fresh towels every 3-4 days except beach towels.

If you forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately
