Quaint 1 bedroom apartment with new fixtures in the "Praca 8 de Maio" district. 5 min walk to the River to watch beautiful sunsets, 5 min walk to the historic Marketplace & 15 min walk to "Praia da Bola de Nivea" (Clocktower) - Europe's widest urban beach.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bad, one fold out chair,one fold out matresses that can accommodate two children sleeping. The living room has a dining room seating for six and a couch that can accommodate one sleeping adult (does not pull out).

Comfort while it rained outside

This apartment is located in a very walkable area with many shops, restaurants and beautiful things to see very close by.There is even a small market just downstairs, which is super convenient! It rained during part of my stay, but inside this apartment I felt warm, safe and cozy. It is very bright and light filled.

Appartement en excellent état, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre situé dans un quartier calme et accueillant. WiFi performant. La propriétaire qui vit au Canada a été bienveillante et très sympathique en communicant avec nous via Abritel. Sa représentante locale Ana Paula a été très serviable et gentille tout au long du séjour. Pour nous c'est 10/10!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of a lot, or a quick drive to get to other beaches and restaurants in the area. The owner was very kind, and quick to respond to inquiries. Clean and had all the basics.

Good and modern house

The house and the property owner were nice. The house was modern and had all the commodities. Unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi. The owner is a very friendly lady.

Boa noite Odete, tenho emensa pena que nao estivesse completamente satisfeita com o apartamento. As minhas desculpas quanto ao WIFI, eu so soube que o WIFI nao estava a funcionar no dia anterior a vossa chegada e ja estou a tentar resolver essa situacao o mais depressa possivel.

My father had this building built about 60 years ago. I received the apartment 32 years ago as part of my inheritance. Recently the building has been through major renovations including the roof.The furniture was bought new two years ago.
The apartment was fully renovated.

Why they chose this property

Walking by the river Mondego towards the beach.
Also take the boat to the other side of the river, for a low price, and visit the best beachs for surfing and swim.

What makes this property unique

No need for a car to visit the city. It is walking distance to shops, market, musium, theatre, the parks, and the casino, Mondego river and about ten to fifteen minutes walk to the Figueira da Foz beach.
You can also relax at the many coofee shops around the area.
