Location, location, location!

When you have small kids - you need to haul a LOT of stuff to the beach! We weren’t expecting to be this close to the the beach AND pool :) The unit is also perfectly thought out for a family and in close proximity to the square! When we didn’t grill for lunch or dinner - we took a quick five minute walk down to the square - it was really nice not to have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to

Great location for small family

This was the perfect house for our small family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Definitely tighter fit if you have a larger group so consider that in your booking. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Equal distance to Alys and Rosemary beach. My only criticism is that the small private beach is shared with a larger community so chairs and umbrella are limited unless reserved in advanced (especially during spring break). The beach was crowded compared to neighboring communities.

We rented chairs and I was glad we did. We had a first row seat. The back is hot and people without chairs just lay down wherever. WE HAD SOMEONE LIE DOWN UNDER OUR UMBRELLA WITH ALL THEIR STUFF! House was well-maintained, clean and surprisingly had everything in such a small space. Company updated us when it was done being cleaned and was responsive when we had a maintenance issue. Overall I would highly recommend Exclusive 30A!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home. We had an issue when we got there after hours and the guard house has a box where you enter a code to get the key. The box had a padlock on it and appeared to not have a place to enter a code (we thought you had to have a key to unlock the padlock). We learned the next day that you enter the code on the bottom of the padlock. Very confusing. Also, their app had a section to order beach chairs and I went through the entire process to do that (had to set up an account and then enter in tons of information). Later found out that company doesn't service that neighborhood. So I had to figure out who did. Their app needs updating.

Good place to stay

Overall, the property was very nice very clean. Well appointed had a nice community pool that was restricted to the condos in the houses inside the gate. The one downside to the property would be the numbers of people that come through the property all day from sunrise to sunset, they have access from a community across the street, which made the beach area extremely crowded but other than that would definitely consider again.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We had a nice, relaxing time at this beach property. The beach was a short walk away and super easy to get to. The location on Seacrest Beach was fantastic, with Rosemary and Alys Beaches within walking distance. Check in and check out was super easy. We cannot wait to come back again!

Great stay and location

My friends and I did a girls trip here and it was perfect for the four of us. The location was clean and had cute beach vibes. We loved how close we were to the beach, you could walk and were there in 2 mins. We also rode our bikes everywhere, we had to rent 2 additional ones which worked out perfect. Highly recommend this stay.

Perfect Spot for a Family of 4

We had the BEST time here! The house is situated perfectly in that it's private but also a 2 min walk to the beach and pool - and just a 5 min walk to restaurants and downtown Rosemary. We have two young kids so these details were key to the success of our stay here (if you know, you know). The place is clean and accommodated our family very well. The weather and crystal clear water were just an absolute dream as well. We had a lightning storm one night that threw out the key fob access to the pool but the security guards were extremely helpful. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location

It was a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach and walk to go out to eat or shop. It was very easy to rent chairs and carry them with us. The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults.
