La piscina genial !

La zona es tranquila y tienes de todo bastante cerca ,la casa tiene una habitación y un sofá cama ,para 4 personas está bien . La zona exterior es lo mejor ,la piscina está muy bien con zona de barbacoa y hamacas .En general hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia genial . El único inconveniente que hemos encontrado es que hemos pasado calor en el interior de la casa ,no tiene aire acondicionado solo un par de ventiladores que apenas hacen aire ,como recomendación sería cambiar al menos los ventiladores por alguno con más potencia .

La agencia todo perfecto! muy amables y atentos! tuvimos que llamar un par de veces por un par de problemas que nos solucionaron enseguida! son un amor! y de la casa la piscina que es grandisima la casa, calidad precio, cara, la villa esta muy bien , es grande y la piscina genial, pero la casa se podria mejorar,el exterior dejado total......... escaleras rotas, jardin descuidado,y la casa ,frigo que enfria poco,una gotera rn la sala de arriba y lo peor que la parte superior no esta conectada con la de abajo por el interior, y tiene las escaleras fuera y tienes que andar subiendo ppr la calle, y al final te cansas de subir tantas escaleras, muebles antiguos... vamos que con lo que cobran de alquiler deberia tener el dueño la casa mucho mejor, ademas esta lejisimo de todo, y para todo necesiras coche

Falta de respeto. profesionalidad y mal trato

Es una pena que ésta casa con las posibilidades que tiene y su buena ubicación , esté tan abandonada , sucia sin las reformas mínimas para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable. Cuando llegamos, la impresión fué muy negativa: 1- Las dos cisternas de los baños estaban rotas y no funcionaban 2- Las mamparas de las duchas no corrian y tenias que entrar y salir con dificultad. 3- De los dos ventiladores de pié uno de ellos estaba roto y no funcionaba. 4- La toldilla de la piscina estaba inservible. rajada y tirada en un rincón 5- Los platos y vasos estaban sucios y eran insuficientes. La televisión , no funcionaba. 6- La parrilla de la barbacoa, estaba sucia, oxidada , tuvimos que comprar una nueva.. 7- Lo mas grave e inadmisible fué el olor tan desagradable e irrespirable al entrar en la vivienda y cual fué nuestra sorpresa al ver que esos olores insalubres venian de la fosa séptica que estaba abierta por dos sitios al jardin. Llamamos inmediatamente a Villas Holiday y nos contestaron que lo diésemos por escrito por lo que no solamente lo hicimos sino que al mismo tiempo acompañamos fotografias de todo lo comentado anteriormente. Fué muy desagradable los contactos con el personal de Villas Holyday, que aunque nos solucionaron todos los temas puesto que mandaron fontanero, electricista, gobernanta y poceros, fueron 4 dias hasta que se solucionó todo y cuando le apremiamos sobre todo con las cisternas y la fosa séptica, nos contestaron que en éste pais se funciona así y que habiamos alquilado una casa ·básica· Por u´ltimo decir que por supuesto esto está en manos de la Asociación de Consumidores ya que allí lo hemos denunciado por supuesto acompañado de fotografias. Esperamos que ésta denuncia solucione la dejadez, la falta de respeto y el mal trato Un saludo

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones diferentes a otros años pero increibles a los niños esa libertad les encantó repetiremos seguro Creo que deberían acompañarte a la villa y enseñarte todo un poco.. pq yo fui un poco perdida el primer día pero x lo demás increíble
