Cozy apartment of 64m2 situated in Lloret del Mar (Fenals), around 700m from the beach and the town centre, very close to restaurants and shops. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking. It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2, with direct access to a large terrace of 38m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun, a kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (150x190cm ), 1bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment has no air conditioning.

Er hangen airco’s: maar geen afstandsbediening.
Er is een T.V : maar geen afstandsbediening.
Zeer koude woning , maar geen verwarming.
Badkamer met douchekop zonder ophangsysteem, geen kastje en handdoekrek, konden onze spullen niet kwijt. Buitenterras is in de middag zeer heet: geen zonnescherm of parasol, geen lekkere ligstoel, alleen een paar ongemakkelijke stoelen. Bij aankomst is een service pakketje ook wel op zijn plek: w.c.rol- vaatdoekje- veger en blik.

Good location
Great spacious accomodation just needs some more home comforts. Described as 6 person apartment however only enough hot water for 2 showers. Needs new matress on double bed very uncomfortable. Also great patio area but no sun loungers. Once people above were in bed very quiet.
