Major reason to rent this property was the hot tub, heated but had no working jets, big bummer, reported to office but wasn’t resolved during our stay. TV was also nonfunctional upon arrival, office had a tech out in 30 minutes and resolved the problem, but TV remained to “glitch or pause”, remainder of the stay ery frustrating!

Suncadia Resort
The property was great for our family reunion. It accepts dogs, yet doesn’t feel “doggy”. The amenities are nearby and the place has a lot of choices at Suncadia. Our only issues were that the temperature was 100+ degrees each day and the air conditioner never brought the temperature on the ground floor of the house below 83 degrees and it was never below 95 degrees on the top floor. The condenser leaked on the top floor, and there was a clogged shower drain, so we asked for help. They sent a repair person and it seemed as though the air conditioner was working better, but it wasn’t. When we tried to ask for help again, we didn’t get a message back. We had to sleep outside on the sun chairs, and that was challenging for our 80 and 82 year old family members.
The outdoor grill wouldn’t light, so we had to cook in the already hot house.
If it weren’t so hot, the house would have been great. It’s well stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and the walk to the lodge and fitness center and pool and golf course are very short.
Oh, and one more issue: The hot-tub was also too hot to get into at 118 degrees and even when we turned it off, the heat didn’t decrease.
We were disappointed by the heat and the issues with the air conditioner, yet if it weren’t so hot, we loved the house.

Hello Brenda,
Thank you so much for the 4 star review! We appreciate you telling us about your experience at Suncadia. We apologize that your AC at the home was not up to our standard and we worked with the owner to make sure we got the problem fixed. We hope this doesn't detour you from visiting this wonderful home in the future because we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit! Sincerely, Property Management.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. We were two families, total of 8 people, and there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked and ate almost all meals at the house and the gorgeous kitchen had everything we needed. House is just a short walk to the pool which the kids loved.
We enjoyed our time at this welcoming home. It has a lovely back patio and yard, it's clean, comfortable, full of interesting art, and well stocked. Our only issue came with sorting out the TV guide...which we did eventually find. Also the fireplace was on a timer that came on in early mornings when it was already warm outside; it could not be turned off...but Suncadia engineers were prompt in responding to our issue
Beautiful property and vacation site. Will return again!

Nice place - frustrating experience
This is a very nice, clean home. However - access to the pools at Suncadia was a nightmare experience for us. Although the listing clearly stated that pool access was included, several folks working at Suncadia (including those at the lodge and pool) were quite certain since we booked thru VRBO we did not have pool access. On 2 different occasions we were told "no" - thankfully we were patient and eventually were able to access the pool, but we had to have the same argument with the Suncadia stuff every day.
In addition, the house next door was being stained/painted. It was very windy both days of our stay so we had to park down the street and walk to keep all the paint blowing around from ruining our vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you were told numerous times that you did not have pool access. Since this home is managed by Suncadia Resort you and your guests have full resort access. The information you were told was indeed incorrect. I'm glad that you were finally able to get the correct answer. Because of your feedback more training will be done so that this does not happen again. We hope you will be back to join us again.

Easy check-in and out. While little snow in January, it was beautiful skies. Good sleeping accommodations for families. Home has a great snow lodge feel with nice decor.

Sweet Shop Lane
331 Sweet Shop is great family gathering home. Privacy in the back. Great interior finishes, rich decorating details. Recommend replacing leather couch, fabric chair and throw blankets - they have been well-loved.

Labor Day in Suncadia
Beautiful home, really enjoyed the house. Unfortunately CleElum was having horrible fires so we didn't get to enjoy the area as much as we'd have liked. This home is really nice, great for a large family or 2 families. Great room and kitchen, as well as outdoor spaces, are great for entertaining. Awesome kitchen! Would stay here again.

Thank you Kristin.
I appreciate the honest review and would welcome you back anytime. You are correct that there are horrible fires in the area which are causing unhealthy air conditions depending on which direction the wind is blowing. I'm glad given the circumstances you had some fun. Suncadia is a beautiful retreat only a short drive from Seattle. The next time you are looking for a place to stay please keep this property in mind.
