BEACHSIDE VILLA: Apartment with terrace - Relaxing Getaway

The apartment of 45 square meters with large terrace level; composed of kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cabin. A place to spend your vacation in full relax !! Bright and comfortable, it is located on the first floor of Villa Anna, a private summer residence located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, the Zona Lago, immersed in the greenery of olive groves and orchards 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the National Park of Cilento, 3.2 km from the center of Santa Maria and at the foot of a hill on which Castellabate stands, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy, proclaimed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
It was here that in 1811 the King of Naples Gioacchino Murat, in the presence of so much beauty, pronounced the phrase "Here one does not die". In 2009, in the alleys of Castellabate, and the sea of Santa Maria and San Marco, scenes of the famous Italian film "Benvenuti al Sud" were filmed.
Santa Maria is bathed by a marvelous marine protected area that goes from Punta del Tresino to Punta Licosa, a paradise also for diving enthusiasts.

The apartment, ideal for couples, friends and families has:
a large terrace level, where you can spend relaxing moments enjoying sunset aperitifs, dinners and good wine:

a modern kitchen that leads directly to the terrace, to cook tasty dinners to enjoy outdoors with friends or family.
The kitchen is complete with utensils, dishwasher and oven.

a modern bedroom, furnished with a very comfortable large double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables complete with lighting and a mirror. The room has a window that leads to the terrace.

the smaller bedroom furnished with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed (150x200 cm), a wardrobe with drawers and a small table for objects. Comfortable for both an adult couple and two children.

A large bathroom with window, equipped with all the accessories, with large shower cabin (80x105 cm)

A recent technology washing machine, exclusively for guests,
located in a covered area outside the house on the ground floor of the Villa.

Free parking inside the Villa, guests will have 2 parking spaces available.

To access the apartment you need to climb stairs.

Guests will be given access to an outdoor shower at the apartment (with hot water) located on the ground floor of the Villa for common use with the owners. The shower can be used freely at any time.

Lovers of walking and sports will be able to enjoy nature by taking pleasant walks, running and cycling sessions. In Santa Maria there are three waterfronts as well as green, flat and hilly stretches.
Sea lovers: they can do water sports, diving and rent boats to spend days at sea in the waters of the Punta Licosa reserve and the nearby bay of Ogliastro Marina.

To visit Castellabate, its Marine hamlets and the nearby villages of the Cilento National Park we recommend the use of cars or motorcycles.
