About this property

Cozy typically Marche farmhouse

The country house accommodates a maximum of 7 people;
The sleeping area located on the upper floor has three bedrooms: a single bedroom that can have a double bed as needed, a triple and a double bed where we could put a cot or a bed, guests can use a shared bathroom on the floor.

The living area on the ground floor has a kitchen, a large living room with an extendable table for large meals and comfortable armchairs.
The ground floor has in turn a bathroom with a shower where you can access both from inside and outside.

There is a garden where guests can eat and cook;
nicely set in a solid wood table 3m x 90cm.
In the garden, there are armchairs, a swing
if you love cycling, you will also find these in the small garage.

Everything was as advertised. Alba met us, showed us the property, had a wonderful gift on the table (fresh bread, water, treats), gave us the keys and we exchanged pleasantries!! Had two "issues" while there. Both were our fault. Dropped the shower handle and broke it and plugged in a "non" 220v multi strip into the wall and caused the power to blow in the house. Alba was working both days but responded immediately and had a plumber and electrician at the house with the hour. I was amazed at the responsiveness. So appreciative. The location could not have been better for us as it was within short distance of the things we needed to do and see. I would highly recommend anyone visiting beautiful Marche Italy to stay with Alba, as her guest. You will be happy you did!!!!

La zona è molto bella, in campagna con un bel panorama collinare. Casa accogliente e pulita e Alba è stata veramente gentile e dolce! Siamo stati molto bene.

Casa spaziosa,comoda e luminosa. Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone,di cui 3 ragazzi. Ci siamo rilassati e divertiti molto grazie agli spazi comodi che ci sono stati lasciati. Anche il nostro cane si é trovato benissimo, era felice di giocare e correre liberamente. Alba e suo fratello sono due persone molto gentili e disponibili. Alba ci ha anche fatto omaggio di due bottiglie di vino locale. Grazie di questa bella esperienza
