A delightful cottage with a garden and swimming pool exclusively for guests, in a quiet, traffic-free area next to a large green space.
You can relax and cool off in the small outdoor pool (5 meters long, 3 meters wide, 1.20 meters high) exclusively for guests, open from early May to early October.
Entrance with a fully fenced and private garden, umbrella, deckchairs, and barbecue. 3 bedrooms, all with parquet floors, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a relaxation area, a small sofa, and an attic with a gym and a games and reading corner.
A 16-square-meter terrace overlooking the villages and Sibillini Mountains, where you can enjoy the view from a lovely swing.
Private outdoor parking in front of the house.
Enjoy the tranquility away from traffic and chaos, yet just a few minutes' drive from the sea and places of worship and culture.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, and a half bathroom.

The sleeping area is fully parquet-floored, with two single bedrooms with ceiling fans and a double bedroom with a comfortable memory foam mattress, air conditioning, and a TV. Balconies are also available.

The large bathroom has a tub and shower.

The attic features a gym with fitness equipment, a children's play area, and a sofa with a reading corner. A 16-square-meter panoramic terrace with a swing is also available.

Das Haus war sehr sauber , aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Leider wie schon beschrieben nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage . Sehr viele Moskitos , wenig Moskitonetze vorhanden . Gabriella ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Schöne und sehr ordentliche Unterkunft in sehr schöner Gegend

Der CheckIn lief absolut reibungslos, Gabriella hatte auch noch einen super Tipp für Strand mit Hund.Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.Die Gegend ist sehr schön, es gibt tolle authentische Restaurants. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder besuchen.

Huis in Castelfidardo

Huis in een woonwijk. Het huis is niet zo praktisch. Bijvoorbeeld kleine begane grond (alleen keuken en toilet) met weinig ramen en geen woonkamer, slechts een zitbankje (die ook nog eens slecht zit) tegen de muur in de keuken. De tuin oogt op de foto groot/royaal, maar was het in de praktijk niet. Contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel prettig! Castelfidardo vonden wij geen mooi Italiaans plaatsje zoals we dat kennen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was äußerst unpraktisch ist bei der immensen Mückenplage derzeit. Autan und Co. haben kaum geholfen, wir waren komplett zerstochen, was ich der Gastgeberin aber nicht anlasten kann. Zu einem kinderfreundlichen (Sand)Strand mit ausreichend Platz, der nicht komplett überfüllt war und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden waren, sind wir täglich 25 Minuten gefahren (Porto Potenza). Das war ok, wussten ja, dass es keine direkte Strandlage ist. Im Ort gibt es Supermärkte und eine fantastische Eisdiele, ebenso haben wir einen Tipp von Gabriella erhalten, wo man seine Wäsche waschen kann. Der Pool war das Highlight, sauber, genau die richtige Abkühlung, um am späten Nachmittag nochmal reinzuhüpfen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, über die zwei kleinen Anmerkungen kann man hinwegsehen, wenn man etwas flexibel ist, denn das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist für den Preis schon echt ein Juwel :)

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir suchen gerne Land und Leute und auch gerne ruhig und fahren tagsüber auch Mal an den Strand. Dafür war es perfekt, vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Strände nicht weit entfernt. Pool für die Kinder , Haus mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr schön.

Eine schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön uns groß. Es war alles sehr sauber und Gabriela hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Es gab sogar 2 Gastgeschenke. Der Pool was leider nicht zum schwimmen, da er zu klein und zu flach war. Wir konnten uns aber gut abkühlen. Es gibt 4 Balkons, auf dennen aber leider keine Stühle sind. Sonst war es sehr schön.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über drei Ebenen mit schöner Dachterasse. Kleinen Garten mit sitzgelegenheit und kleinenm Pool zum abkühlen. In unmittelbarer nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit frischer Fleisch und Wursttheke. auch ein Bäcker befindet sich in nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wie möchten uns bei ihr an dieser Stelle noch mal recht herzlich bedanken.

casa comoda e tranquilla

la casa dotata di tutto quanto poteva occorrere (anche se l'abbiamo usata solo per la colazione) con un giardino molto curato e la piscinetta che probabilmente allevia il caldo nei periodi più afosi; pulizia e altro perfetti (letto troppo morbido, ma capisco che non possa essere per tutti eguale). situato in un paese centrale rispetto sia al conero (20-25 minuti), loreto, grotte di frasassi (spettacolari!), ancona, recanati.

A DIR POCO STUPENDO!!!!!!

A dir poco stupenda VILLETTA DEI CASTAGNI , arredata con cura nei dettagli , ma sopratutto pulitissima , la villa è davvero confortevole ed è grandissima . L'abitazione, inoltre, si trova in un posto strategico, da cui facilmente si raggiunge il mare , così come le stupende montagne marchigiane. Assolutamente da ripetere. .PROPRIETARI...A DIR POCO FANTASTICI: DISPONIBILI, GENTILI, SIMPATICI.... Superconsigliato!!!

Bellissimo soggiorno di relax

Anche quest'anno siamo tornati con piacere nelle Marche e ci siamo rilassati nella bella Villetta dei Castagni con un giardino pieno di fiori e la piccola piscina. Davvero tranquilla la zona e a pochi km sia dalle mete culturali che dalla splendida Riviera del Conero. La casa è molto curata, pulita e ben arredata. Lo spazio è confortevole e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Molto gentili e ospitali i proprietari che salutiamo con affetto. A presto.

Si poteva fare meglio ...

La villetta e' bella ben tenuta, posizione silenziosa e tranquilla vicino c'e anche un bel giardino pubblico. Carino lo spazio esterno. Al piano terreno, un' unica stanza, la cucina, tra l' altro pavimento appiccicoso e forte odore di cane, bagnato! qui c'e anche il secondo bagno dotato di soli servizi igienici, niente area relax con un divano,o un paio di poltrone, NULLA. Casa molto grande ma molto scomoda la zona giorno. Nessuno stendino per tendere teli dopo una giornata al mare le luci esterne possono essere accese solo dal proprietario, che risiede dietro la villa, una sera se n'e' dimenticato.......barbecue al buio!

La ringrazio per la sua recensione, questo anno abbiamo migliorato il ns. servizio, abbiamo aggiunto lo stendino ed il timer automatico luci esterne. L'anno scorso era il primo anno che abbiamo iniziato l attività e sicuramente qualcosa ci era sfuggito. Spero cmq abbia avuto sempre una buona vacanza in una zona molto tranquilla e confortevole.

Splendido soggiorno nel Conero

Anche se la vacanza é stata breve é stata davvero molto piacevole e speriamo di tornare a visitare le Marche. I proprietari della casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno aspettato fino a mezzanotte a causa del traffico. La casa é ben disposta e ordinata ed é dotata anche al III piano di una sala con gli attrezzi di palestra...il giardinetto é incantevole con un tavolo per mangiare e la piscina...Un abbraccio a Gabriella e Mauro
