House / Villa - Castelfidardo House with garden and small pool

A lovely cottage with private entrance, garden and a private pool open from may till half october. Close to my house there is a big green area with a small soccer field.
Ideally located near Recanati, Loreto and Riviera del Conero about 9 KM. Very peacefulzone without traffic and caos. You can visit the sea and more cultural towns within 10 minutes by car.
You can have a barbecue with table and chairs in the garden, a big equipped kitchen with a small bathroom at ground floor, at first floor 2 singol rooms , one double room and a bathroom.
In the attic there is a small gym with a lovely terrace. One Air condition portable for summer.

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns und die Vierbeiner die optimale Lage. Am Rande einer Stadt mit allen wichtigen Infrastrukturen. Ende September an den Stränden traumhaft ruhig.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über drei Ebenen mit schöner Dachterasse. Kleinen Garten mit sitzgelegenheit und kleinenm Pool zum abkühlen. In unmittelbarer nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit frischer Fleisch und Wursttheke. auch ein Bäcker befindet sich in nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wie möchten uns bei ihr an dieser Stelle noch mal recht herzlich bedanken.

Super schönes Haus mit Pool

Der Urlaub war spitze! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist zwar nicht so groß, aber er bereitet die nötige Abkühlung und Freude ☺ Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war so nett und freundlich! Vielen Dank!

I would like to offer my cottage with garden close to my house there is a green area with field for football. You have to visit Castelfidardo for National Monument of Marche and Selva, where it was a battle of Cialdini 1860. Than in Castelfidardo we have an international festival of accordion in september, and we are famous for accordion.
