If you don't want Central Benidorm, this is for you.
Spacious Living room and bedroom. Nice views. Modern uncluttered accommodation. Out of town quiet area. Good internet service. Natural Park within 30 metres of entrance gate. There were two lifts, one which was out of use for my entire (almost) 4 week stay. The working lift was very slow and not enough to service 16 floors x 6 apartments each floor. Long waits for Lift.

Buenas zonas comunes.
El apartamento tiene una buena piscina comunitaria con socorrista y buen ambiente tranquilo . El apartamento tiene muy buenas vistas, tiene todo lo necesario y es confortable, estaba limpio y así lo dejamos. aunque el mayor pero es que no tiene aire acondicionado y en el verano con los dos ventiladores no llega para estar bien. Nosotros llevamos dos más para poder dormir y aún así cuesta descansar incluso en una de las habitaciones que es interior . Supuestamente tiene parking privado para la urbanización pero no llega para todos con lo que no queda otra que o no lo mueves de la urbanización o lo aparcas fuera que tendrás que dejarlo lejos. La ubicación es quizás un poco lejos para poder llegar algún sitio ya que mínimo tendrás que caminar algo más de 1,2 para estar en zona urbana como por ejemplo un súper o bar después zona más habitada un poco más alejado . Para mi esto no fue problema por qué soy de caminar mucho km y de echo si puedo repetiré con el apartamento ya que para lo que yo busco está genial. No estaría de más que permitieran dejar la llaves a la portera o en el buzón para evitarnos tanto desplazamiento a la inmobiliaria
