This villa is located in the Bonaire, a peaceful residential area near Alcudia just behind the Golf Club Alcanada. It is a very quiet area with a geological mix of sea and the Sa Talaia mountain that overlooks the Bonaire residential area. The area is dominated by mediterranian pine trees with various walking tracks and trails. Most of the coast in the area is rock however there are 3 sandy beaches and beach bar (Malpas, Sant Joan and Morer Vermell) within a 10 min walk. A 5 min walk to El Cocodrilo marina where you can find bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk from historic town of Alcudia. There is also scuba diving available at the marina.
Alcudia is 2km away where you will find a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants and a medical practice open 24 hours.
There is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The bus station provides you a frequent bus service to different destinations including an express bus to the airport in the tourist season. see for timetables
The Port of Alcudia is about 4km away where you have the marina, shops, restaurants and bars if you are looking for some night life.

The house is beautifully refurbished with hi quality finishes.
Master bedroom has french doors leading out to the garden and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has french doors leading out to the garden. Both bedrooms have Super King size beds which can be converted into single beds if necessary. All bedlinen and towels are of Luxury quality. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge freezer with osmosis water dispenser, Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, lounge has a dining table for 6, a chaise long sofa for 4, SAT 3DTV, Hifi+internet radio.
The porche at the front of the house has a dining table for 4 persons to be able to dine "al fresco". The house has air-conditioning throughout and has Internet WIFI. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. Parking is not an issue in this area and you can park your car right in front of the house. There are about 10 steps up to the front door with a handrail. If you are looking for peace and quiet for your holiday, this is the place for you to stay..

Excellent holiday close to Alcudia and a short walk from the beach.

The property was clean well laid out and furnished and provided an excellent base for our holiday in Northern Mallorca - especially it’s proximity to the beach and Alcúdia. The host was very helpful and I can find very little to fault.

We had an excellent stay! We appreciated the modern house and amenities. It felt new and extremely clean. There was lots of free street parking and we always had a spot right in front of the property. There were 4 outdoor seating areas, the 2 main ones being the covered porch where we ate all our meals, and the sun loungers where we relaxed in the shade in the late afternoon. We were greeted at check-in and got excellent beach parking recommendations and helpful tips for the area. There was food waiting for us and the supermarket was 5 minutes away by car. Old Alcudia was also 5 minutes away. There are 2 nice beaches within about a 12-minute walk. Thank you for an amazing stay - Highly recommended!

Relaxing Stay in wonderful villa

Martin was very accommodating in getting us into the property and settled in. They had a nice initial stock of spices and some welcome food that was greatly appreciated. We have stayed in many properties in different areas and this was one of the nicest appointed and equipped we have stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several beaches, hiking, or sightseeing on Majorca. There is also a good supermarket close by that has a good supply of groceries We look forward to returning again. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice and modern little house

Martin is a super, super host. Communications were perfect. He left us with a fridge full of goodies, the kitchen well equipped, bedrooms, bathrooms everything just like we expected. There also is a nice little covered patio were we spent all our evenings. The beautiful beaches are within walking distance. It was always a pleasure talking to Martin since he had lots of good advices. We can highly recommend this object.

Pretty house almost a little hideaway

First at all Martin is a very kind host. And we did enjoy our stay in his house pretty a lot. Communication with Martin was perfect and on the day of arrival Martin already had some food and breakfast stuff ready for us. The house is located in a more calm area of Alcudia. Having a pretty little marina, three restaurants and a bar within a 5 Minutes walk. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Thanks again to Martin. We are looking forward to the next time.

Far exceeded expectations

This a terrific place to stay. Martin was there when we arrived and showed us around explaining how things worked. We were pleasantly surprised that he had stocked the fridge with lots of food and drink which meant we didn't have to go to the supermarket after a long journey. The villa was immaculate with plenty of best quality white goods, bedding, and towels, things that are sometimes neglected when renting. The villa is in a quiet residential area just eight minute's walk from the nearest beach. There are several restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and the Old Town is a ten minute drive away. We would without a doubt recommend Martins Villa to anyone considering staying in Alcudia.

Another lovely holiday in this well appointed villa

This was our second visit to Martin’s lovely villa and we weren’t disappointed. The house is in a great location close to a local shop, bars and restaurants. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and everything has been thought of that you may need while on holiday. Martin is a great host, he was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and was there to meet us on arrival and departure. All fixtures and fittings are very good quality. The local beach is a short walk - 10 minutes max and has beautiful clear water although we were surprised that the beach bar, shower and beds and umbrellas aren’t there anymore - however a bar appeared on our last day there and was due to be opening in the next couple of days. We had another wonderful holiday in this lovely villa. Thank you.

A great 2 weeks’ stay

We stayed at the house 2 weeks in July and it was great! Martin as a host was perfect: from the very first contact to the last words of goodbye. The location is very good: quiet, easy parking, trees. Very easy walk ti the bearest beach, kess that 10 mins. Actually, there are 3 beaches around, we just picked one the nicest. Beautiful clean water, gets deeper slowly. Again: quiet. 2 good restaurants nearby: the pne at the corner was good for a meal “Im too lazy to cook today” and the one at the marina (7 mins walk) great for seafood! (Thank you Martin for recommendation!) House: spaceous kitchen-sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything one might need. Even a tap with drinking water! Very comfy beds - quality nights sleep. Perfectly clean, hotel-quality bedding and towels, and even beach towels! And the aircon was just brilliant. Be ready for some moskitos, usual near foresy areas. They were there, but it was not too many. A very pleasant stay, wich would be perfect if there was a barbecue, which was not allowed because of the proximity of trees and the heat (understandable). We compensated in a great steak place in Alcudia. Thank you, Martin, for everything and a special thanks for the welcome foods supply: was a very pleasant surprise which very much appreciated!

Tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben sehr gut. Die Umgebung entsprach ebenfalls der Beschreibung und war sehr ruhig. Es war ein guter Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge, sei es zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden oder in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Alcudia, in der man sehr gut essen gehen konnte. Der Kontakt zu Martin bei der Übergabe des Hauses war sehr freundlich. Auch hatte er viele Tips, von denen wir einen Großteil ausprobiert haben. Auch die erste Befüllung des Kühlschranks sowie Brot und Snacks sind nicht selbstverständlich und haben uns besonders gefreut. Insgesamt kann man sagen, ein toller Gastgeber und ein tolles Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein schönes Haus nicht weit von einer Badebucht entfernt

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar in dem Haus. Das Haus ist für vier Personen ideal. Die Ausstattung ist super, man findet in der Küche alle möglichen Utensilien. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Man erreicht eine schöne Badebucht in 10 min zu Fuß. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in den Nähe. Allerdings ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Als wir angekommen sind, waren einige Getränke und Lebensmittel für uns im Kühlschrank vorbereitet. Das hat uns sehr gefreut, weil wir ziemlich spät am Abend da waren. Vielen Dank Martin!

Thanks Martin ! You are a real Super - Host! Super Empfang mit einigen Überraschungen im Kühlschrank um nicht sofort zum Supermarkt zu müssen. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ! Es ist alles vorhanden in Top gehobener Qualität … Mikrowelle, Saftpresse … alles da! Einfach super ! Kleiner Tipp: der TV hat kein Netflix/ Amazon Prime … wenn man von zu Hause sein Amazon Fire Stick mitnimmt hat man alles ;-)

Wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen entspannten Urlaub in einem fantastisch ausgestattetem, wunderschönen und sehr gepflegtem Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und geben einem von der ersten bis letzten Minute das Gefühl wirklich „willkommen“ zu sein. 10 min. Fußweg bis zu einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind im Haus vorhanden. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Entspannter, ruhiger Aufenthalt !

Eine sehr moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Kleine Restaurants, Möglichkeit zum Einkauf und schöne Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Man benötigt jedoch ein Fahrzeug um z.B. Alcudia und andere Orte zu erreichen. Die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus zu parken war optimal. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolles, fantastisch ausgestattetes Haus

Ich fange mal mit dem Gastgeber an: Martin ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, nahm uns sehr freundlich in Empfang und hatte sogar f uns eingekauft. So ging der Urlaub mit frischen Croissants und gefülltem Kühlschrank gleich los. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, in ruhiger Lage am Rande von Alcudia und wenige Gehminuten vom schönsten Strand den wir in den zwei Wochen Urlaub gesehen haben. Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut, neben komplett ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage haben wir auch eher versteckte Features wie die Filteranlage (da kann man das Wasser dann direkt aus dem Hahn trinken und muss nicht Kanister schleppen) sehr schätzen gelernt. Unsere Jungs fanden auch den kleinen Garten mit eigenem Zitronenbaum ganz toll. Kurzum: volle Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder. Danke Martin und bis bald.

Modernes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist sehr gut, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist alles neu renoviert, sehr gute Ausstattung, speziell die Küche hat alles was man braucht; Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm; wir kommen gerne wieder!
