The ground floor has 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 cm), bathroom with shower, open kitchen, and living room with access to the backyard. Outside, there is a large terrace with pool, stairs leading to a 7.5 m mooring, and a summer kitchen with barbecue and small fridge. Parking for 1-2 cars and space for playing pétanque.
