Sea-close and cozy house

We rent out our unique and charming house with a high standard and close proximity to the sea. A house that appeals to the discerning life-saver. The atmosphere in the house is something really extraordinary and every detail is thought out. Light and open floor plan with large windows, together with many doors to all corners of the garden make maximum contact with the greenery. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere during late summer evenings and the glass veranda provides a lovely space for relaxation and recreation. At bathing distance there are salt baths with both cliffs and sandy beach.

An open and bright feeling that is welcomed in the hall which has gray tiled floor with white painted crude pontoon on the walls. The hall continues into the generous social areas with wide oak planks on the floor. Large sprayed windows along the entire wall and double porch doors in several places, letting in fine light. From the living room with fireplace you go out onto the glass porch with black slate floor and large sprayed windows.

The kitchen is a well-equipped solid birch kitchen. A larger bathroom-like bathroom with a sauna and a guest toilet is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower.

Masterbedroom has its own entrance to the bathroom and the opportunity to access directly into the protected greenery. Downstairs there is another bedroom with single bed and space for mattress. Upstairs there is another bedroom with 120 cm bed. On the same floor there is a large living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people, TV and DVD.

In the garden there are two patios with lounge area, dining area and Weber gas grill. For the children there is trampoline and swing. Around the knot there are beautiful hiking and walking routes, several sea bays with good trout fishing and great opportunities for MTB. Torslanda Golf Club is 5 km from the house and Gothenburg's beautiful Northern archipelago with islands such as Hönö, Öckerö, Källö Knippla and Rörö is easily reached by ferries from Varholmen.

The kitchen, a massive birch kitchen that is well equipped with both gas and hob from Gaggenau. On the ground floor there is a larger spa-like bathroom with a sauna and a guest toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower.

Master bedroom has its own entrance to the bathroom and the ability to access the confidential greenery. On groundfloor is another bedroom with single bed and space for mattress. Upstairs there is separate sleeping area with two small rooms. One with a bed and TV, the other with space for mattress. On the same floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wii.

The garden has two patios with lounge group, dining area and a Weber gas grill. For children there is trampoline and swing. Around the corner there are beautiful hiking and walking trails, several bays for fishing and good opportunities for mountain biking. Torslanda Golf Club can be found five kilometers from the house and you can easily access the archipelago by ferries from Varholmen.
