Phase 1 (Beach, Island, Leeward Streets) pool will be closed, starting April 29th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 2 pool. Phase 2 (Packary Street) pool will be closed, starting May 6th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 1 pool. This has been factored into the current pricing and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The open concept floor plan is made even brighter by high ceilings and comfortable, colorful décor and furnishings. A flat-screen TV fills your downtime after spending long days in the sun enjoying the near by beach and spectacular pools. The family chef will love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen; the dining table seats 4 and 3 additional guests can sit at the breakfast bar. Moving past the kitchen you will find the washer/dryer, full bathroom and nook that is filled with 2 twin beds for the little ones to sleep on. Adults can rest comfortably in the master bedroom that is equipped with a comfy king size bed, flat screen TV and ample closet space. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa, in total this spacious 1 bedroom property can accommodate 6 guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
