Bright and warm 3 bedroom apartment, very close to the city centre. Well linked via public transport. Plenty of free parking area on the street. New shower room fitted in April 2018. Very comfy beds and double sofa beds. Ideal base to reach easily any attractive place. Free Wi-Fi. Led tv's in each bedroom and in the living room.

The property has 3 bedrooms of which 1 single and 2 twins. All the beds are brand new with a highly comfy orthopaedic-memory foam mattress. All the bedrooms have wall fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, 32" Led Tv of which one of them is a smart tv.
The property has free Wi-Fi. The living-dining room has a big and very comfy king size sofa bed, 42" Led Smart TV, table, and chairs.
New heating system. Newly super comfy Shower Room fitted in April 2018, with a multijet column shower.

Hallway: it is very big and bright, from here you have access to all the rooms.

Kitchen: it is a very big kitchen fully equipped, the multifunction oven, hob and extractor hood has been fitted in April 2018. New multifunction microwave and small appliances, big fridge freezer.

Living/Dining room: this is a big sized room, with table and chairs, 42"Led Tv, super king size sofa bed. Everything is brand new.

Bedrooms:
1 single room with a 3ft brand new super comfy bed, separated wardrobe area, 32" Led Tv, wall fitted wardrobe, bedside cupboard, small table, big window, and radiator. Can be added a single folding bed or a floor mattress.

1 twin bedroom: 2 single 3ft brand new super comfy beds, wall fitted wardrobe, 32" Led SMART Tv, chest of drawers, big window and radiator. Can be added a single bed or a floor mattress.

1 twin bedroom: 2 single 3ft brand new super comfy beds, wall fitted wardrobe, 32" Led Tv, chest of drawers, big window and radiator. Can be added a single bed or a floor mattress.

Shower room: it has been completely redone in April 2018 to a very high standard. There is a very comfy shower enclosure with a multifunction shower column, Led mirror over the modern basin and a set of shelves fitted in a recess at the side of the basin.
