LECCE Historic Center - Lu Sule, Lu Mare and Lu Ientu

The house is in the historic center of Lecce, on the second floor of a noble building with elevator, in an ideal position to get to know the city and Salento, very close to the station and to the Salentoinbus summer terminus. In the immediately adjacent streets, free parking facilities (via Lombardia, via Piemonte, via Martiri d'Otranto and via Don Bosco). The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (Lu Sule, Lu Mare and Lu Ientu), 2 bathrooms. Very bright, thanks to the large French windows, the house is equipped to cook independently, for lunch and dinner, in the cozy living room. There is also the possibility to have breakfast with Quarta coffee and a choice of tea and herbal teas. The rooms are large and bright, equipped with a basic but perfectly functional furniture. Two of the rooms overlook a large balcony. On request in the Lu Ientu room, the double bed can be split into two single beds. In the Lu Mare room, in addition to the double bed there is a single bed. Cyclists are welcome, with the possibility to park their bikes safely in the private garden on the ground floor. The apartment has three double rooms for a total of seven beds.
