On 1.5 ha of land, surrounded by chestnut trees, a beautiful property, which can accommodate up to 8 people, a large terrace, a shaded pétanque field and a swimming pool surrounded by a protective fence .
This family home is rented for the first time this year. All bedding is new.

A lovely place to rest, relax and get away from everything in the mountains.

This is a real family home, very rural, be prepared for a steep unmade track to get there. Comfortable beds, great pool, lovely grounds,’private and quiet. The air conditioning is a real bonus! Always felt fully supported by the owners and housekeeper. 45 minutes to pampelonne beach, 5 minutes from La Garde Freinet, 20 minutes from Grimaud.

lots of space and quiet

Very nice atmospheric, family owned, country side house with a huge piece of land around it and a spacious swimming pool in the foresty hills of the district of var in provence. equipped with everything needed to spend a week of quiet holidays with self catering. we enjoyed the nice outside space to sit in the shade under the trees. check-in and -out was very uncomplicated with the housekeeper, who lives just next doors, checking in sometimes and making sure we had everything we needed. information exchange with the owners via email was also very friendly and efficient. we spent a really nice week there.

Emplacement exceptionnel, le charme d'une maison authentique.

Cette maison de famille respire l’authenticité et le vrai esprit de vacances avec les gens qu’on aime. Quelques petits soucis à l’arrivée, très vite réglés par la réactivité et la compréhension des propriétaires. Le cadre de cette maison est idyllique pour les personnes qui aiment le calme et la nature. Cet endroit dégage de la sérénité et du bien être, pas de voisin proches et accès un peu cahotique mais tout à fait praticable. La piscine est retirée par rapport à la maison, ce qui donne une impression d’espace. L’intérieur est charmant et confortable, peut-être un peu chaud dans les 2 chambres du haut qui ne bénéficient pas de la climatisation. Déconnection assurée.

Détente et calme garantis

Une propriété au calme, dans un havre de verdure (+ d'une vingtaine d'essences végétales différentes), nous ayant permis de nous retrouver en famille, de nous amuser, de partager. Espaces intérieurs et large terrasse permettant de vivre tranquillement, avec une grande piscine à quelques mètres. Le village à 5 minutes, Cogolin à 20 minutes, tous les avantages du Var sans les inconvénients de monde et des bouchons permanents. Vraiment un bel endroit, à conseiller ....

Belle maison au calme, dans un magnifique jardin, mais avec un équipement moyen

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour proche de la Garde Freinet. Le jardin est grand et très agréable. La maison est isolée et au calme. Il faisait très chaud et dès lors la piscine a eu toute son utilité! Un bémol toutefois, la cuisine est pauvrement équipée, le Wi-Fi n’est pratiquement pas utilisable (ce qui est peu pratique pour organiser des excursions car il n’y a pas de réseau 4g dans cet endroit), contrairement ce qui était annoncé il n’y avait aucun parasol (pas idéal avec des enfants), et l’entretien de certaines pièces était moyen (moisissures au plafond dans la salle de bain, prises déboîtées…) Vu le prix de la location, ces éléments sont regrettables et nos demandes pour régler les aspects les plus problématiques (parasol notamment) n’ont pas abouti. En conclusion, un bel endroit mais qui nécessiterait plus d’attention pour être à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Very nice family house

Under the big tree at the large family table we have enjoyed the beautiful garden en surrounding. And in the afternoon the lovely swimming pool.
