About this property

Exclusive Villa Nature / Vilamoura luxury apartment for 6 pers.

New exclusive apartment building located in a quiet area of Vilamoura, about 20 minutes from Faro airport. Walking distance of about 15 minutes to the center (Marina with tourist infrastructure - restaurants and shops) as well as to the sandy, wide beach. In the immediate area there are 5 golf courses, a tennis center, a fitness trail and many paths and trails for cycling and walking. In the near distance Aquapark and Aquarium.

The apartment includes a private pool and 2 terraces equipped with relaxation equipment. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and TV sets, a living room with the possibility of sleeping for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen (Bosch system), 2 bathrooms with showers (one with a bathtub).

Additional equipment includes a 55 "main TV, a safe, free wi-fi, fully air conditioned and with hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The whole is complemented by 2 swimming pools, a large green garden and free parking.

We’re especially suitable for people who look after certain degree of social distancing as the access to our property can be done without use of often unavoidable common areas. Also, once settled in the contact with other neighbours can be easily restricted .
