The true highlight of this home is the Tropical Oasis in the backyard! Featuring a large free-form pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and an expansive deck perfect for sunbathing! For those wanting some shade, you can enjoy the views from either the screened lanai or from under the large gazebo as you relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink. For the cook in the group, there is a gas grill available for use.

The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!

The Split plan layout is perfect for friends and families traveling together, everyone enjoys their personal space with plush clean bedding, exceptional pillows, TVs in every room, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a slider that opens to the screened lanai. The 2 guest rooms are bright and cheerful featuring a queen bed in one and the other has a twin and when needed a slide out trundle. The 2 bathrooms are spotless and have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are lots of beach towels. We provide all linens as well, which as you might expect, are extremely nice.
Pool heating is additional 10.00 a day from April 16th to Dec 31st. Pool heating is Included in the rental rate from Jan1st to April 15th.
