Great apartment in superb location

This is a great apartment in an excellent location, just the right distance from bars, restaurants & supermarkets but in a very peaceful location. There's a lovely little beach literally on your doorstep and the two larger beaches just a short walk away. An outside and inside pool and plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The owners were also very kind, polite & helpful and very easy to contact with quick responses to any queries. All in all, a great stay and will definitely stay here again when we return to Albuferia.

No view, but the apartment was allright

When we inquired about possible later check out, the rental manager tried to get us out 1 hour EARLIER than agreed. Gave a final poor impression. Otherwise OK. No view though.

Don't go there

The place is in disrepair looks like a derelict building. The apartment we stayed at was a mess, the entrance was at the bottom of some stairs, down there it was dark smelly and wet 24/7. The property was not clean and the facilities were of very poor quality or non existent. We had to wait for 2 days to be able to use the showers they were broken on our arrival. The patio area had not been cleaned or even swept for months. Running with stray cats and every seagull that had decided to empty its bowls on the property. Very disappointed

Dear Bernard, many thansk for your comments. Let me just to rectify that the showers that you are talking is the top showers not the normal shower, this last ones was working fine. About the common areas we it is not our responsability but we have contacted the company responsable for that nad inform. The apartment was cleaned and the patio also, we dont have fault that yu have rented one apartment with nature arround the complex and you dont like of nature, seagulls are normal near the sea and near the beach. It is your opinion and we try to the the best so you can have a nice holidays. Kind Regards João Celeiro

Un appartement spacieux ,très agréable et à deux pas de la plage! Proximité des commerces sans en avoir la nuisance car c'est calme ! Joao est sympathique, très disponible et ses conseils de restaurant notamment sont très justes ! :) Il fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien ! Je recommande

Peaceful getaway

Literally the last building before the beach. Very quiet even with some families in surrounding apartments. Great area for lying in the sun at back of the apartment, sun from very early morning until about 6 and you could still have longer if lying by the pool. All in all a great place with full mod cons. Some very convenient restaurants nearby, less than 5 minutes walk away and a mini market. Chilli Pepper is a must for food and friendlyness and also Cepa Velha just up the street.

Lovely comfortable apartment and a great location

On a lovely small beach and walking distance along a cliff path to the main beaches. Short taxi ride to old town. Quiet apartment and spacious pool area.
