Awful place
When I search on Vrbo for properties I found this particular property amazing. When we got there my mild was blown away, I thought I was in a nightmare. We did not stay there as what we bought was not even near what the host presented to us. The jacuzzi was filthy, we were told that the bar and restaurant were not open up until thursday, on facebook there is a monday to friday buffet, same photos always. The entrance to the property was through a bedroom which only had a blind which only half existed, anyone going up the stairs could see us sleeping. In the kitchinet there was 2 dishwashers that the host said not to worry because they did not work. Also there was a sort of door in there that was held with toilet paper.There was also a TV on the second double bedroom which the host said did not work either. The double doors to the balcony, did not close, a table at the balcony was rusty and a piece was coming off, very dangerous. Many other things that were at fault. No one should go through what we had and still go through. Verbo was no help, left us having to find a property to stay, did not offer any support and at the end we were told that we had to negociate a refund with the host. The host up until today did not answer any off the messages or emails. Having bought the stay from Vrbo, I still dont understand why we had to negociate with the host if we bought from Vrbo. We ended up leaving things with DECO as we believe that no one should be treated the way we were.
