The apartment smells like sewer, and is not properly cleaned. Only got 2 towels for two people for a week. The bathroom is very small, hard to use. Overall uncomfortable.They didn’t reply to any emails for the week of our stay.Location is great, if a little noisy. Eight flights of stairs great excersoze.

Great location in the old city.

Apartment is in the heart of the old city. Area can be noisy but that's what you find in a heavily touristed area surrounded by restaurants. It's 5 flights of stairs with no lift, so that's something to consider. It was fine for us. Great central location to see all parts of the city. The building is older, again that's what you get in the old city and could probably use some TLC. Overall we had a great time. Looking forward to returning to Nice soon.

10/10 view and central location

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better- it’s a 4 minute walk to the market and 5 min to promenade des anglais. There are lots of cute little shops and restaurants nearby- it’s almost hard to choose. The apartment is true to the photos, it’s beautiful. It’s definitely a hike so I wouldn’t recommend it for people who have trouble with stairs. Also check out Shapko jazz bar nearby!! It’s amazing.
