Your relaxing stay in our comfortable ground floor independent terrace of 40 sqm, a private above ground pool (6. 71 mx 3. 66 mx 1. 32 m) and a courtyard for several vehicles.

Composition of the apartment:
- a beautiful living room of 45 m2 very bright with open kitchen equipped (induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher).
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140 and a sleeping area with 2 single beds 90.
- A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink, and washing machine.
- an independent WC

Environment:
The apartment is located close to all shops, then 200 m from a greenway for family walks, and 1km from Via Rhona.
A 10-minute drive, you can discover the beautiful Pont du Gard and its site, but also the shores of Gardon with its beaches, and a multitude of activities such as hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, and a via ferrata.
A 20 minute drive, you will find Nimes and its arenas, Arles or the gates of the Camargue, and Provence, Avignon and its festival.
At 45 minutes, the beaches.
Finally at 1am, you will have the choice between Montpellier or Marseille.

Rental conditions:
- Minimum rental period of 3 nights outside the summer period and 7 nights in July and August.
- The weeks go from Saturday to Saturday.
- Cleaning charge: 50 €

I will be at the disposal of my hosts, living near the housing, and I assure the menu maintenance work (swimming pool ...).
