We had a lovely stay in this home. The airconditioning was more than sufficient upstairs and down. The pool was heated to perfection and there were so many extras throughout the home. There were snacks in the refrigerator and water bottles in the cabinet. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need, including spices! We felt safe in the neighborhood and having a Wal-Mart so close was super helpful. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions.

The house was great for our week stay, due to cold weather were not able to try out the pool. Really good location, close to everything we wanted to do and in a quiet neighborhood. The assorted snacks, soda and waters that were there when we arrived were nice. This was our second stay here and was as great as our last stay, hoping we can stay here again in the future.

The best host/owner I've ever encountered and I've rented probably about 10 houses over the years. Juliann was so great with communicating and even offered her house an extra night free when our flight was going to necessitate the change of plans. The house was so welcoming with goodies, it had everything we needed and was very weel kept. All owners who rent should be like Juliann!

We truly enjoyed our stay our host had everything there we could want or need. We really enjoyed the snacks in the refrigerator as we arrived late and didn’t want to go back out for food. There was plenty of space for everybody and there was multiple games to play in the game room. What a wonderful place.

The complete amount of amenities that were made available to us were pretty special. Also, when we opened the refrigerator, we were greeted with muffins, a full week’s supply of Coke and water as well as a great salad. A clean and comfortable pool was running for our use.
