It is next to the best grocery store and steps from the beach. The pool and beautiful grounds are amazing. It is quiet because of the dirt road, yet really close to everything. The condo is equipped well with everything that you need and is great for sleeping.We loved it and would recommend it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. The property is located in the secluded part of the building, so it was very private and quiet. The apartment layout maximizes space and felt much larger than we expected. The rooftop terrace was an added feature we enjoyed. Sitting on the terrace and listening to the birds and the monkeys in the distance was an added pleasure. A convenient shower out by the pool was available to rinse off from the beach. The only negatives would be that the bathroom shower and kitchen sink water pressure were low. And if you don't like stairs, it is a lot of climbing as it is located on the 3rd floor. We also enjoyed washing our clothes in a new ultra deluxe. The grocery store was just down the street.We absolutely loved our stay and would visit again! One of our best vacations!!!

Location is a Plus!We visited in October and enjoyed it very much then, as well. Toilet appears to be running water (not sure if you pay water by amount used) The Shower head seems to be blocked for sufficient water to spray... I cleaned Kitchen faucet head of particles so that it improved water passage by 200 percent! Items like dishes and pots and pans are weathered, chipped... but work fine-- we will be back!! Overall we Loved it!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The appartment is a need for clean up and update. Dining chairs stained, dishes all chiped except for one. No light in the living room. Roof top terrace with no umbrella, very basic, good for backpackers who do not expect much but a place to sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 25 days so I think we got a real feel for the condo, the complex and the area. Very centrally located for access to the main surf break at Tamarindo beach and all the restaurants in town. Just down the street from a small grocery store. The condo itself was spacious for a 1 bedroom. Very clean and a nice dining room table which we used to set up our laptops. Excellent wifi - was able to access from the balcony as well, and a good selection of TV and movie channels in english. The management company was easy to deal with and handled a minor maintenance issue promptly. The condo complex itself is well maintained and has a gated entrance with security overnight. We would definitely return to this complex and this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at the property about 4:15 and everything was ready at the Management Office for us. The location of the property is magnificent. 200 yards from the Beach, Restaurants, Downtown, etc. Property is 100 yards from the closest grocery store. The inside while somewhat dated (furniture and bed) was clean and had been prepared for our arrival (air conditioning and refrigerator running). Added bonus was 2 beach chairs to carry to the beach. Take away was there was no cutting board in the kitchen to slice fruit etc. on. Condo was supposed to be cleaned once during our one week stay but the cleaning people failed to show. The pool area was nice and was used frequently by the other guest, we used the beach. The property is occupied by a number of snow birds from the US and Canada and they stay there for 3 months a year every winter. They have been returning for 9+ years. Again the location is superb. Security is there at night and the grounds are cleaned and maintained every day. Great place and we would return for a longer period in the future.

Included 3 beach chairs, beach towels. Nice bath towels and sheets. Great A/C. Pretty pool, security gate, parking area. Shower pressure wasn't great but the property management company fixed it right away by just cleaning the shower head.
