Traditional 3 Bedroom Villa with Stunning Sea Views

Villa Bela Vista is a traditional older style portuguese three bedroom Villa with Magnificent Sea Views! This villa is in an exceptional situation and located only 600 metres (10 minutes walking) from the beautiful sandy Porto do Mos beach.

This property is accessed from a cobbled road with beautiful mature private gardens which wrap around the property. There is a charcoal barbeque and the pool is located on the south side of the villa with views to the sea. Sunloungers for 6 persons.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. The two spacious double bedrooms enjoy seaviews and feature sliding doors which open out to the pool terrace. The twin bedroom has two single beds, with a window to the lawned garden. The two full bathrooms have a bathtub and separate shower, one is en-suite to the master bedroom and the other shared by the further two bedrooms.

The large living area is located on the 1st floor and accessed by a curved marble staircase. The lounge and dining area offers plenty of seating and opens out to a large balcony, which is perfect for dining al-fresco while taking in the stunning seaviews and sunny Algarve weather. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all essentials for a holiday stay.

Villa Bela Vista offers WIFI, with a flat screen Smart television. International television (English and other language channels) is available as an optional extra.

Super location!

Lovely house. Super location. So close to a great beach. It’s only when you travel around to see other holiday properties that you realise what a great location this is to come back to, with the sea view and a welcoming pool.

Great house in a great location

A very nice house with an amazing view! The beach is within walking distance and great for a swim! Apart from that, we really liked the pool in the garden, which we used every day.

Lovely Place to Explore the Algarve

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. From booking to checking out, Emily was very responsive and helpful. The villa itself was exactly as advertised and the view and location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to several gorgeous beaches and so convenient to get in Lagos town for exploring and as a home-base to explore more of the beautiful Algarve region.

Fabulous holiday

Lovely traditional villa with a large pool and a gorgeous sea view. Very close to a range of supermarkets and 5 minutes drive to the old streets of Lagos. Emily was a superb host and supplied us with a great welcome pack, and was ready to greet us although we were 2 hours late.

Fantastic Holiday

The property lived up to all our expectations and is in a fantastic location, quiet and private. The gardens and pool area are well maintained. Villa is close to the beach, with cliff top walks nearby, with a very short drive to some great local eating places. The communication with Emily right from the initial contact was first class. She could not have been more helpful and very friendly. Overall it was ideal for what was a thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning.

The property was in an excellent location for the beach and |Lagos Town and very comfortable with excellent views. a bit of TLC would benefit the property as we experienced doors that would not lock and a sticking toilet cistern, there was no dressing table or mirror in the master bedroom, easily fixed. overall the property was very comfortable and well equiped and Emily was brilliant with any minor problems we had. would reccomend.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf‘s Meer und eigenem Pool

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie in Lagos und haben die Zeit im Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Blick auf das Meer sowohl aus dem Bett (EG) als auch vom Frühstückstisch (1. OG) sind traumhaft. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einzelne Möbel/Küche/Bad könnte man modernisieren. Lage, Blick und Pool sind aber so überragend, dass wir das Haus dennoch zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Emily war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Check-In/-Out war total unkompliziert und flexibel. Es gibt zwei sehr schöne Strände in Laufweite. Zum einen kann man mit dem Auto fahren wenn man die Höhenmeter nicht laufen möchte. Zum anderen geht nur ein versteckter Naturweg in eine kleine, wunderschöne Bucht. Zum Sonnenuntergang am Ponta da Piedade ist es ein sehr schöner 15min-Spaziergang. Zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Lagos-Zentrum, Ausflüge … sollte man ein Auto haben. Für das Auto hat man einen privaten Stellplatz vor der Garage. Super schöne Woche - wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein toller Ort zur Erholung mit viel Ruhe und tollem Blick

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in Lagos verbracht und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was man braucht inkl. dem herrlichen Rundumblick in der 1.Etage. Emily hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen irgendwann wiederkommen zu können!!!

Localisation et extérieur Top vs un intérieur peu pratique

Un séjour agréable sur la partie extérieur de la villa. Piscine, terrasse et jardin conforme à l'annonce et adapté à la famille. Une vue mer superbe ! La localisation proche de la plage, magnifique, excellente avec des enfants en bas âge. Déception sur le mobilier intérieur passé, en mauvais état. La configuration inversée de la maison, pièces à vivre à l'étage et chambres au RDC peu pratique. Il faut traverser les chambres pour se rendre à la piscine.

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Also wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist eine tolle Lage, mit spektakulären Ausblick. Die Vila ist traditionelle wie beschrieben. Das eine oder andere mobilar könnte ausgetauscht werden da es schon wackelig war...was unseren Urlaub aber nicht großartig beeinträchtigt hat. Emily war immer erreichbar und top!!Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Pool rundet das ganze nochmal positiv ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
