ACCOMMODATION
It is an apartment of 55 square meters, with a room with double bed and another in the common areas, which makes it suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on Calle Peral, probably one of the most emblematic streets next to the Alameda de Hércules, surrounded by local bars where you can enjoy the real local food Sevilla. It is 5 minutes walk from iconic streets such as Tetouan and Sierpes, where you can do your shopping on or even enjoy our famous fish in adobo. It is also a 10/15 minute walk from the Guadalquivir River promenade, where you can enjoy the best view of the city and fall in love with Seville.

During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment.
In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite dishes as it is fully equipped, so you can use everything.
The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Do not make it out that you carry all this in your suitcase.

- It is delivered with bedding and 2 towels for each guest plus bath mat in each bathroom.

The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for guests. In the bathroom, you will find small hand soap bottles, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not have to carry all this in your suitcase.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
The time of check-in is from 3 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive after 11 at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of Check In.
The entrance door to the apartment closes suddenly. It is important not to forget the keys inside the apartment or put in the lock during your stay in the city. At the time of check out, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another hour previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter.

Check in time is at 3PM or later, although sometimes I may manage to let you in before, so just ask. If you arrive later than 11PM there will be a small late check-in fee of € 15 to be paid at arrival.
The front door is self-locking. Please do not leave the keys in the apartment while you are still in the city. Upon checkout, please just leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The checkout time is anytime before 11AM unless you agreed to checkout at a different time in advance. Our housekeeper will usually eat at 11AM, in which case, please let her in!

The apartment is located in the historical, monumental and commercial center of the city just next to the famous and bohemian Alameda de Hércules, full of bars and restaurants and the center of all artisanal and musical events. La Campana, only 400 meters away, is the nerve center of Sevillian life. It is an area of bustling pedestrian streets, characterized by its large number of shops, many of them with more than a century
of existence. At a distance of delicious walk of no more than 10 minutes we enter the pedestrian area around the Cathedral, with its Giralda, and the Barrio de Santa Cruz, Judería and Arenal.
In the vicinity there are several bus and taxi stops.
The surroundings of our homes are full of charming traditional houses, palaces, mansions, flowery patios and, above all, history.
