Large spacious apartment on the top floor with south facing views and private balcony. Bright sun filled lounge dining room with corner sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and Satellite. Dining table and chairs, floor to ceiling windows and doors open on to small front terrace with outdoor table and chairs. Sea view.
Kitchen with Hotpoint appliances, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
This apartment has been furnished to a high standard with a modern luxury feel. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment would suit two couples, a group of friends or a family with older children. It is the only apartment on this 2nd floor giving a feeling of privacy. South facing will give you sun through out the day and views over the old town roof tops and out to sea.
A really special apartment in a location unrivaled in the old town.

Our host Claudia was very nice and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was great. Facilites were very good. Shops, pubs and restaurants on your door step. Beach was 2min walk away. Thanks again to Claudia & her mum for looking after us on our holiday.

Beautiful apartment in noisy location.

Apartment is beautiful and spacious. Weekly cleaning, close to many restaurants and bars. However, noise level at night makes it hard to sleep and’s this continues until 4 AM.

Perfect location in the centre of old town. Extremely close to beach, bars and restaurants. Can be noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs didn’t bother us. Great communication with renter. Good fun had by all

My family and I stayed in units 2/3 I would just like to say that we got a lovely welcome from the owner Isobel who shows us how to use everything in the apartments. Very clean and tidy beds and towels changed regularly. Very central location taxi rank just below us, 2 min walk from beach shops bars and restaurants. Will certainly be back I recommend these apartments

Old Town Albufeira

Great location close to beach, restaurants and local supermarkets. 10 min walk to larger supermarkets accommodation is spacious and larger than expected we stayed 2 weeks with another couple. Claudia was always available and very quick to respond. Located very close to noisy bar life, you will need earplugs if you are a light sleeper as noise continues until early morning. Very enjoyable, great host would definitely book again

Fantastic apartment, fantastic hosts, extremely loud location. I had read previous reviews that it was loud but I was not prepared for several competing bars with live music from noon till 4am playing the same songs over and over. I would be happy if I never hear Sweet Caroline again in my life. If this is what you seek then this is for you. If sleep is what you seek it's not. As I said the hosts are amazing, brought us a fan for the A/C and the place was spotless. The own the store downstairs to get your essentials, fresh bread and OJ daily. They can't control the neighborhood.

Superb Location

Second stay at this property and its just in the most perfect of locations. 2 mins walk to the square and 5 mins walk to the beach. A few reviews have mentioned the noise from nearby bars but we never noticed this. Wonderfully appointed apartment and the rooms are huge with a massive balcony as well. Claudia was as usual always available to help out if we needed anything which we did not but its good knowing she is downstairs.

Old town albufiera in all its charm

Right in the heart of old town albufiera with all of its charm, you can walk the streets for hours perusing the Portuguese souvenirs, sampling one of the vast number of restaurants, stopping for coffee, grabbing a late night gelato, or stroll a few minutes along from the apartment to a glorious beach. You’re about a leisurely 25 minute walk from the marina with its many boating excursions and colourful buildings, but from there you can hop the little train back to the old town for something different. There is no end to the things to do in and around this apartment and guaranteed you will not be bored. Only caution would be, if you’re a light sleeper, it can get pretty noisy with the array of karaoke bars below you until around 4am. I sleep well so it didn’t bother me or my teens, but my partner didn’t sleep well. All in all I would 100% recommend this place. Claudia is fantastic!!!

Fabulous apartment

These are by far the best apartments I have stayed in whilst holidaying in Albufeira. We stayed in unit 3 which has 2 bathrooms ideal for our party. The booking transaction was easy and straightforward as was all contact with the owner/manager. The apartments are very central to all the bars/restaurants it can be a little noisy at times if you like to retire at night early.(This did not affect us however). Our apartment was very spacious beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with all the facilities of a real home, the balcony was huge and looked like a penthouse from outside. The beaches both Fishermans and Tunnel are within a couple of minutes walking. We found some lovely quaint restaurants serving local portugeuse food one being just at back of the apartment in the next street. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. Thank you to all who helped make our holiday.

Fantastic stay! What a beautiful apartment! Large, bright, clean and in the heart of Old Town. Right in the middle of the excitement! Very easy access to all the shops, restaurants and bars without having to trudge up and down hills to get back and forth to the fun. The tunnel to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The escalator up to the Abufeira Trolley is an easy 5 minute walk as well.Our hosts Claudia her mother Isabel were friendly, accommodating, and accessible for any questions or issues (which we had none of).The taxi rank is directly across the street from the apartment. Just walk over and hop in a cab. Most rides around Albufeira (to the Marina, Aldi, The Strip) cost around 5 Euro, give or take. This apartment has a very large living area with comfortable leather furniture. There are two nice sized bedrooms with clean, bright linens and two bathrooms. Air conditioners in the bedrooms really cool it down, and can actually cool the entire apartment. The apartment is also in a nice, busy area and is very secure, with multiple locked access doors. We loved it here! You can sit on the spacious balcony that overlooks the area and listen to music from the nearby bar and people watch. Just take note that there is a bar across the street, and the music is very loud and continues until around 3 or 4 a.m. every night. If you enjoy the action and will be up late anyways or dont mind the music, this place is a dream location. We weren't bothered by the music at all. What a grea

3rd Stay - Best apartment in Albufeira Old Town

We have stayed in these apartments twice before. Its a building with 3 apartments, which are beautifully decorated, extremely clean & well presented. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, there is a taxi rank across the road, restaurants & bars are less than a 5 minute walk away and there is a shop directly underneath which stocks all the items you would need during your stay. Wir haben es genossen. Die Wohnung ist toll! Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit dem Luxus, den Sie brauchen. Die Lage ist perfekt - fast zum Strand und zum Nachtleben. Der Lärm aus den Cafés könnte Sie möglicherweise stören, aber wir haben gut geschlafen (manchmal mit Ohrstöpseln). Diana, unsere Gastgeberin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist gut erreichbar und hilft sofort wo nötig - danke nochmal Diana!

Un appartement on ne peut mieux placé ! Dans l'hypercentre, propreté irréprochable, si vous voulez dormir paisiblement, ne choisissez pas cette appartement 😁. The apartment is very central but it's close proximity to the all night bar across the street means that it is impossible to sleep without ear plugs.
