Το σπίτι είναι χτισμένο πάνω στο βράχο με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο και με ιδιωτική παραλία που μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει το μπάνιο του χωρίς να μετακινηθεί.Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι,με καναπέδες και τζάκι, κουζίνα,ένα μικρό δωμάτιο με ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι καθώς επίσης και μία ντουζιέρα και ένα wc.Στην Βόρεια πλευρά του σπιτιού υπάρχει μία τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι με θέα την θάλασσα.Ανεβαίνοντας την εσωτερική σκάλα υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια,ντουλάπες και κλιματισμό,με θέα στη θάλασσα.Επίσης έχει το κυρίως μπάνιο και μια μικρή βεράντα με θέα το λιμάνι της Σουβάλας.Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχουν βεράντες με πολύ δροσιά,υπέροχη θέα και φανταστικό ηλιοβασίλεμα.
Στο νησί μπορείτε να βρείτε όλες τις παροχές όπως φαγητό,ποτό,νυχτερινή ζωή,βόλτα με άμαξα,ποδήλατο και αυτοκίνητο.
Στην Αίγινα υπάρχουν αρχαία όπως ο Ναός της Αφαίας,οι Κολώνες και μικρό μουσείο.
Στο νησί μπορείτε να βρείτε όλες τις παροχές όπως φαγητό,ποτό,νυχτερινή ζωή,βόλτα με άμαξα,ποδήλατο και αυτοκίνητο.
