About this property

With this high-rise cottage with sauna, you get a completely unique view of the cottage area in Skarrev. As I said, the house offers a completely unique view and at the same time the house forms a really good frame both inside and out. The house exudes a good Danish holiday home atmosphere. Here you can relax and enjoy the view of the fjord with all the life that takes place on it. There is a separate wellness room with solarium. The sauna is located in a small cabin. After a walk on the beach, you can use the outdoor shower for a rinse. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor as well as an annex. The two single beds have a length of 1.90 meters. The washing machine can be used in the period from 1 April to 1 October. From the veranda on the 1st floor you can enjoy the area's highest location overlooking the sea. The terraces can be enjoyed all day as they follow the sun around the house. Among other things, two solar carts and various garden furniture. At the same time, one terrace is closed so that the children can run free. The house also has a landscaped garden, where the holiday life can also be lived. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

De sleutel van de vakantiewoning moesten we 10 km verder gelegen ophalen bij een ander vakantiepark. De vakantie woning is schitterend gelegen en de foto's kloppen ook daadwerkelijk met de site van belvilla. Heerlijk genoten van de tuin,sauna,solarium en de massagestoel. In het huisje is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Schitterend uitzicht op het fjord en omgeving,het is er heerlijk rustig en landelijk. Voor vertier/restaurants en boodschappen/winkels moet je met de auto 10 km rijden. Al met al hebben wij een fijne week gehad met 2 kinderen 12 en 15 jaar oud.

Huisje is prima, badkamer matig door beperkte hoeveelheid warm water, douche en toilet in 1 ruimte zonder afscheiding en open gedeelte bij boiler. Uitzicht prachtig, locatie zeer rustig. Goede voorzieningen in de tuin qua ligstoelen en ligbedden. Prachtig uitzicht ook vanuit slaapkamer op het fjord. Sauna moest helaas zelf gestookt worden met hout, veel gedoe. Neem zelf wc-papier mee want bij aankomst in huisje was er helemaal niks, ook geen winkel in de buurt, dus je moet eerste levensmiddelen zelf meenemen. Er stond wel een bosje bloemen op tafel.

Kleines Haus mit einem tollen Ausblick

Ein netter Kurzaufenthalt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Das kleine Häuschen ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es zieht durch die Fenster (vor allem im Bad) . Leider war es nicht nicht gut gereinigt, so dass wir bei der Ankunft erst ein wenig „nachputzen“ mussten, um uns wohlzufühlen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
