Wonderful villa a few steps from the sea
Bright villa a stone's throw from the crystal clear sea of Salento, 150 m from the free beach and a few minutes' drive from the most renowned beaches such as Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, located in a strategic position to fully experience the beauties of Puglia . With its large outdoor patio equipped with wooden gazebo, convivial table, barbecue and sunbeds, it is the ideal situation for enjoying a holiday in complete comfort and relaxation. The rooms are large and welcoming.
The furnishings are well-kept. In August the villa, on the first floor, is inhabited by other tenants. The use of the ground floor and outdoor areas remain for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the ground floor. The entrance parking area remains in common, separated from the rest by two gates.

Ottima location
Bella la casa ... un po trasandate le mura interna ma camere spaziose e giardino bellissimo. La casa rimane molto fresca e ventilata nonostante non abbia l aria condizionata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia ( raggiungibile a piedi ) e vicinissima a spiagge meravigliose come punta porsciutto e torre colimena. Unica nota negativa è la mancanza di un market raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre fuori la sera non c è proprio nulla .. ci si deve spostare con la macchina

Riscontro. Sono molto felice che abbiate trascorso dei bei giorni di Vacanza.
Il mare è indiscutibilmente meraviglioso, così come le spiagge, generose e pulite.
Purtroppo la vicinanza al mare fa soffrire parecchio i muri delle nostre case che a causa della salsedine devono essere stagionalmente ripristinati. Non c’è dunque trascuratezza nella manutenzione ma è una pecca dovuta haime alla vicinanza al mare. Il primo market dista circa 1km ma fortunatamente ogni mattina si trova il fruttivendolo con frutta e verdura dei loro campi proprio fuori casa! Spero siate riusciti a provare le loro prelibatezze!
