Independent villa in a privileged position allows to easily reach the beautiful beaches and those equipped only 150m, is near the center of San Pietrop in Bevagna. The house consists of a large open space with entrance with large windows facing the garden cooking area and living room, hallway, two bedrooms, one double and one twin, bathroom, great outdoor shower for use after return from the beach, garden with a lawn and a large covered veranda wooden equipped for lunches and dinners, barbecue, bucataio.
