If you are looking for a home from home where you can enjoy lazing by the pool or strolling down to the nearby beach of Barranco das Belharucas, this is the place for you.

This light airy 2-bedroom apartment located in a quiet and secure private condominium is just a short 5-minute walk down to the gorgeous local beach. You will find master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedrooms with shower rooms, 1 living rooms with superb wide-screen LED TV's. There is a large terrace with patio furniture to enjoy sun and soaking up the warm evenings. It faces two lovely private condominium pools - one for kids and one for grown-ups.
The appartment has view facing garden and pool. It combines tranquility and privacy inside the terrain (800sq mt)

The modern kitchen is fully fitted including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer plus a dishwasher.
The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Bathroom towels and linen are included in the price.

If you need a TRANSFER from/to FARO AIRPORT, please let us know, and we will arrange it for you.

SURROUNDINGS:
- Just a short 6-min walk through a beautiful canyon down (650m) to a gorgeous beach Barranco das Belharucas - one of the best in Algarve.

- Walking distance 450m typical restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, tabacco shop and a local market.

- 10-min walk from the world known Pine Cliffs golf course and Golf Academy.

- 20-min drive to the Vilamoura Marina . It has a beautiful Marina with fantastic yachts, fine restaurants, esplanades and modern shops where you must go even just for a walk.

- A short 7-min walk down to Olhos d’Áqua (800 m away). Olhos is a convivial village with a place where fishermen moor their boats.

- 15-min drive to Albufeira with its clubs/disco, bars, restaurants.

Car is not necessary as restaurants and bars are in a walking distance. If you prefer to dine at home, there is also an Intermarche supermarket also in a walking distance. But if you prefer to travel around or just believe you need a car, you can walk down to a local office of "Best Deal" car hire ( which is in 15 minutes from the apartment. Directions: However we recommend to get in touch with them in advance if you travel during a holiday high season.

Gorgeous, clean, serene condo

Everything was perfect , the pool, the condo, the location! A slice of heaven. The walk to beach splendid! The beach- gorgeous views, people, yummy eats at two restaurants with lovely cocktails! You will not regret staying at this property! Also, so quiet! Whisper quiet. Enjoy.

Great Stay

A great apartment. Presentation, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. More home than holiday rental. Lovely large balcony. Property is very conveniently located for a short stroll to Falesia beach, Olhos village or Acoteias .Igor is a great host, responding and answering immediately to any question/query.Would unreservedly recommend and hope to return.

Amazing apartment for long stay, and great location

We stayed at Igor's place for 5 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The quality and comfort of the apartment is 5 star, it is a great size and comfortably furnished, with a lovely view from the balcony. We hope to return soon!

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful place

Our stay was exceptional. The characteristics of the apartment corresponded perfectly to the photographs published, furnished very well and with all the amenities you can have. The condominium is managed very well and is very private with kind people. The location is spectacular because in a few minutes on foot you are at the beach, an 8 km long beach. and that allows you to have your privacy I especially thank the property for the availability and for the kind gift of local food.

Algarve break…

The secure complex is very pretty, private and well maintained. This property is really well positioned on the complex with a great view of the pool from a spacious, beautiful balcony. My only complaint would be the lack of the personal touch, and it’s the little things which make such a difference, such as washing up liquid, dish cloths, soap, kitchen roll…

Fantastic modern apartment in a fabulous location!

What can I say, only that this has to be one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in. The location was perfect for the beaches, local restaurants and the Intermarche supermarket which was a short walk away. The apartment itself was maintained to a high specification and the pool was just perfect. Some days we had the pool to ourselves as the complex was quiet - just how we like it! Igor was attentive throughout the booking process and provided excellent communication regarding the details of the property. I would not hesitate to book this fantastic apartment! I highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is absolutely 100% as described. It is in tranquil area and the view is beautiful. It looks across towards the pine cliffs area but because your eyeline is above the trees it resembles a blanket if green tranquility. As a host, Igor was excellent. If we ever had a question he responded immediately. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks to Igor and Catia.

Our Awesome Stay in the Algarve

If you're searching for a modern, updated and comfortable place with an amazing balcony and infinity pool, then look no more. My husband and I and another couple recently stayed in this 2bedroom/2 bath condo for a week. You are within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket with an added bonus of being close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. We loved the quietness and serenity of the condo building. Most of the time we shared the pool with only one other family. As a retired travel agent, my belief in the success of a property is in the details. The owner Igor was available whenever we had a question or needed assistance such as which button to push to start the washing machine. Thanks Igor! We would not hesitate to return!

Great apartment, loved the location.

The apartment is modern and was great for the 4 of us. Clean, well furnished, could do with a few more items in the kitchen and spare tea towels in a drawer as only given 2. Felt Very secure. We were the only ones in the whole block for most of the holiday. Had a few issues and Catia was a little slow to respond but all got sorted in the end. The balcony was lovely, spacious with comfy furniture and good views. The pool and gardens are lovely, although 2 of the loungers need to be replaced as very cracked. The location was perfect. The walk down to the nearest beach was lovely, as was the beach. The little resort of Olhas De Agua was perfect just a short walk and lots of very good restaurants to choose from. Would particularly recommend Restaurant Olhas De Agua snd Glory’s We hired a car but you don’t really need one as there is Uber available at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and return

Stunning, unbeatable location

I hesitate to leave the glowing review that is so much deserved lest we miss our opportunity to return. First, Igor was amazing to work with from the start. His property lies in a secluded, private, small complex just off the ravine path to the most stunning beach on the Algarve. One walks through layered colors of sandstone to emerge at paradise - with a bar/resto right there! From the condo one can reach any number of restaurants and a small, but well-stocked Supermarche market. Don't miss the pastelaria on your left as you approach the market! Also, Adega TiCosta is top notch, and the pizza at S. Martino's - though a chain - is legit! The condo features the largest patio that we could discern with access from both bedrooms and the living area. The pools are also stunning, and it was great to have a shower to use either before entering the pool or returning from Praia do Barranco das Belharucas. Our third visit to Portugal, and we could not have asked for better. Obrigada, Igor!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Portugal

Wir haben im Juni 22 als Familie mit einem Teenager eine wunderbar erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Zeit in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung von Igor verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool und die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Strand fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und unser Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und äußerst freundlich. Recommendation - perfect holiday...

Dear Igor and Luso Living We had a very nice stay in the apartment at the Algarve. Starting from the communication with Igor and the agency, to the service before and during the stay, the condominium with the large pool and the area in general - with the beach 600m away and reachable in a few minutes and the restaurants nearby - everything was perfect. The apartment was well equipped and also perfect with a baby - a high-chair and baby bassinet were provided. We had great two weeks and would recommend this apartment...

Fabulous relaxing family holiday

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, it was lovely & clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast out on the balcony every morning. The location was superb with a choice of supermarkets & some great restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. The two beaches were lovely, we really enjoyed the walk down to our favourite beach - Praia de Barranco das Belharucas - we walked along this beach to Villamoura and loved the Marina area there. Our 8yr old son had a fantastic time in the pool and on the beach too. This was a very peaceful time of year to visit such a beautiful location. The transfer to & from the airport that was organised by Igor was very good too. Thank you.

Portugal Stay

We had a 2 month stay booked here coming in from Colorado. We had to cut it very short to only several nights due to my husband getting pneumonia on the way over. Igor did a great job to make sure things were set to go for us. Unfortunately we did not get to use the location or apartment to the fullest and our trip was cut short. Ein gelungener Urlaub
