#YOURBEACH is a villa built in the seventies for the holidays of a family.
It has recently been included in the rental villas market.
The house is spacious and bright, equipped with all comforts including the use of a PRIVATE BEACH.
It consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. In the large living room there is a double sofa bed.
Ideal for groups, families even with young children.
The location is beautiful as the Villa is facing one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in the area near Palermo that can be reached by car in twenty minutes. It is also a couple of kilometers from the entrance of the highway that leads in all directions with destination for all the most popular tourist destinations from Cefalù to Taormina from Scopello to Segesta from Catania to Piazza Armerina up to Trapani and Egadi Islands.
It is equipped not only with its own beach for the exclusive use of guests of large outdoor areas with every comfort including outdoor shower and barbecue.
