CHECK-IN
To process your arrival it is necessary that you send us a photo of the DNI´s or passports of all the guests by email or WhatsApp.
The check - in time is from 3:00 p.m. A few days before the date, we will send you a code with which you can access the apartment without the need for keys, whenever you want and without having to notify!
Do you need to enter before? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to change the time of entry.
Tourist tax: 5,50€/ person / night. Applicable only for people over 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights.

Although wonderfully located this apartment needs some softer touches i.e. a nicer kitchen table and chairs, a coffee table, pictures on the walls, and a rug??? Blankets had to be requested (!) and sufficient towels...Then we had to buy our own toilet paper (not enough provided) and paper towels! Nothing but salt in the kitchen and an old bag of a solid chunk of ice. The two apts we rented in Sevilla and Madrid were real “homes”-well-stocked and very comfortable.

Idéalement situé et au calme

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Barcelone à pied, mais calme car donne sur la cour intérieure de l'immeuble. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Plusieurs bars, restos et petits supermarchés dans la rue. Il manque juste un peu plus de vaisselle type saladier et plat à four sinon pour le reste tout est parfait !
