A modern spacious apartment close to the City Centre with good transport links. Featuring a double bedroom, the apartment benefits from a stunning shower room. With a light and airy living room and open plan kitchen, the apartment is perfect for those seeking style and comfort in Sunderland.

We love to greet our guests on arrival and make sure they know everything about the place. We are also happy to help with any local tourist and social places.

A quiet neighbourhood near Mowbray Park and city centre with easy connections to rest of north east via Metro and good road links.

Guests have access to the full apartment and communal areas.

This is a new second floor loft apartment in an architect designed conversion of a large period house.

Sunderland Central Station is around 10 mins walk. The main bus/coach exchange is about 15 mins away.

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am.

Great place great host

Was very accommodating, clean. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Host was always very prompt with communication.

Needs some improvement!

Definitely not luxurious…But clean inside. Outside , rubbish in front of the door and side….. Was not cleaned while we were there. Owner was notified…..My husband had to sweep the rubbish away from entrance… Needs to have amenities upgraded. Towels, pots and pans , could not use them, so old and grungy. Would have been nice to have been able to cook as we were staying there for 8 days. Utensils very sparse. Would have given it a five star rating if amenities had been more up to standard. And outside was clean.
