One of the few beach houses in the island with DIRECT access (just 20 steps) to Makrys Gialos, one of the best shallow-water, white-sand beaches in the island! perfect for kids, they can stay all day long in the beach. Modern residence with all comforts for a great luxurious vacation. Just 7 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown Argostoli. very convenient location with restaurants, super markets and shops within walking distance. Amazing huge veranda with infinite view to the sea, perfect for evening cocktails and barbecues! You can not find another property so close to such a beach! Upper level (sleeps 4 with its own walk-in glass shower, kitchenette and veranda) completely autonomous with each one. private entrance.
