This spacious, three-bedroom, three-bath condo comfortably sleeps six:

Master Suite: King-size bed, large closet, loveseat for reading or enjoying the ocean, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private on suite bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet, private on suite bathroom with granite vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and two bedroom windows overlooking the private portico.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, flat-screen TV, closet, and private on suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combo.

Really nice trip!

Accommodations were great, nice ocean view and great weather too. The elevator closest to our room was a pain! Slow as molasses and two days it was out of commission, surely for what it cost to stay there for one week they can afford to update the elevators! Overall we had a good stay and would go again! FABulous Stay!

Our family had a woooonderful week last week. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and just as we expected from the listing. The communication w/ the owner was great from the start. Great tips before and during our stay! We had one hiccup with the tenants above us, but that was quickly resolved with the owners. FAB, FAB, FAB!!! Loved it all!!

Island Princess 516

The property had recently been remodeled and very up to date. Nice size for 6 people. Lovely balcony right on the ocean. We used the beach umbrella and 2 chairs included in the condo price almost every day. Beach toys available were also used. Made our trip very enjoyable. Cannot think of one complaint.

As Far as your EYES can see.

My husband and I had never been on the Panhandle in Florida before. We had booked the Condo in April of 2023 and were excited to leave North Carolina and we arrived in the middle of January. The owner told us that the new renovations were done and we could enjoy the 3 bedrooms all to ourselves. The first day we arrived we walked into the condo and all we saw was beautiful blue water and white sand. The place was so beautiful with an amazing gourmet kitchen and a balcony that wrapped around the corner, so we saw the Gulf out the back and the inter-coastal behind us. Our days were walking the beach, exploring Destin and loving the gorgeous views. We sat on the beach and watched the sunset in the evening. Our hostess Sandra was extremely pleasant and had information ready in the condo when we arrived. We are booking for January 2025!!!

First let me say the condo is absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. It was super clean upon arrival, the host gave detailed instructions. The chair service was great. All in all 5 stars.Only two things I would point out. One, if you need a soft bed to sleep on this is probably not the best place for you. Two, no ramp to get to the beach. Need to go up stairs to get to it. If you have an issue walking might also not be the place for you. That being said, my family loved it and couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Comfortable Condo

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We really enjoyed the warmer weather, the awesome view and wonderful beach to walk on. The condo was very comfortable, well maintained and well decorated compared to others we have stayed at. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and the fitness room. We had a minor maintenance issue but Sandra took care of it immediately. We look forward to coming back again.

Why they chose this property

After looking for 5 years at Florida condos we finally found the condo that as soon as we walked in we knew it was the perfect condo for us. Beautiful ocean view right on the beach, great facilities in the Island Princess and the perfect location in Ft Walton. This condo is one of the very few with a private front entrance, three sets of glass doors with easy access to the wrap around balcony and beautiful ocean view.

What makes this property unique

We stay in our condo a number of times each year. We want it to have all the comforts of our home for us and for each of you. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, nice towels, mats, beautiful comforters, rugs, extremely comfortable recliners and great balcony furniture. This condo has 3 granite bathroom vanities, (2) tiled walk-in showers and (1) tub and shower combination all fully remodeled and beautiful.

This condo has a great master walk in shower, new tile, new mattresses in all bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and each bathroom. All appliances, pots, pans and dishes you will need for that great meal.
