This modern villa lies between Lucca and Pisa on the border of the village of Cascine in an excellent strategic position.
From here it is possible to visit the historical towns and to explore all parts of Tuscany. The beautiful beach of Marina di Pisa is within an easy drive (38 km). Villa Elisa is a modern villa which has been refurbished. The house is surrounded by a large garden of 1500 sqm, completely fenced, with mature trees giving shade and lawns, making it an ideal playground for children. Table, chairs, barbecue and a water basin are provided to enjoy summer living. Swimming pool 9,75 m X 4,88 m /1,32 cm deep (prefabricated), deckchairs.Shower with hot water. Parking within the grounds.

Entrance by taking a few steps: living/dining room with upholstered furniture, 2 double sofa-beds whom 1 “King size” , 1 TV with 2 Satellites (Hotbird and Astra), 1 double bedroom with antique furniture, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with modern furniture, l bathroom with shower/bidet/wc, modern kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, fireplace.
In each bedroom there is a TV, a luggage holder and a fan, 2 TV are satellite.

Super séjour

Une super semaine dans une villa charmante avec un jardin magnifique et une piscine pratique et rafraîchissante ! Cette villa avait une âme, on s'y sentait chez nous . De plus le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous avait laissé des boissons et des fruits dans le frigo pour nous accueillir. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !

Es war alles super, bis auf die vielen Tigermücken😭. Alles war umgehend erreichbar. Strand öffentlich ca 20-30min Fahrt. Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Grosses Anwesen mit genügend Platz für uns plus 2 Kinder und Freunden mit 2 Kinder. Gerne wieder!!

· Nous avons aimé cette spacieuse maison italienne impeccable avec un très grand jardin arboré et sa grande piscine. A notre arrivée l'hôte nous avait mis un pack d'eau et de coca cola au frigidaire ainsi que des fruits et de multiples produits de la région. la maison est idéalement situé pour pouvoir allez visiter les villes comme Pise, Luques, Florence, Sienne, San Giminiano, Volterra, le Chianti et tous ses villes et villages. Les commerces, les supermarchés ainsi que les restaurants sont a 5 minutes. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant pour toute demande d'information et services. Un grand merci à Paolo. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé cet endroit et on le recommande.
