This cottage is located in a rural area between Lucca und Pisa, close to the village of Buti.
The surroundings of the house are rich of olive trees and vineyards and the house has wonderful views onto the nearby hills. „Al Vecchio Pozzo“ is attached on the back to another property. It has its own spacious and completely fenced garden (partly with mesh wire, stone wall and fence). A private, in-ground pool (10 x 5m, depth from 1.20 -1.60m) will offer you the chance of having pleasant swims. The pool is equipped with garden furniture (sun-lounges, sun umbrella and external shower).

„Al Vecchio Pozzo“ lies in a perfect position:
It has an ideal exposure to the sun, it lies on the countryside but at the same time is within easy reach of restaurants and groceries (about 500m), which can be easily reached on foot. The most important Tuscan art cities like Florence (74 Km), Lucca (20 km), Pisa (28 Km), Siena and likewise the coast (Marina di Pisa 40 Km) are all within short distance.

The interiors of the house consist of: living/dining room with dining table, kitchen nook with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, coffee machine. Stairs to the 1st floor: large open space with 1 double bedroom, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc, bidet. On the front of the house there is a large covered veranda (about 180 sqm) equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue, external little kitchen with sink and burners, external utility room with washing-machine, wc. Mosquito nets at all windows.
The house is furnished in Tuscan style, with beamed ceilings and Terracotta tiled floors.
Unlimited WI-FI included.

Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.

Al Vecchio Pozzo is a beautiful place. Everything about it is perfect. The location is great for exploring the numerous little towns around the area. Getting to and from Pisa and Lucca is very simple and quick too. The house itself has everything you could possibly need. Inside, it is well equipped, beautifully furnished and very cool. The patio area is perfect for relaxing and eating. The additional outside cooking area is a great idea and the laundry room there a real asset too. The gardens are huge – nice to have a walk around in the evening. The pool itself is simply wonderful. I cannot recommend this beautiful place highly enough. As I said to the owners (lovely people, most welcoming), I believe that everyone coming to this idyllic oasis will want to return. Wir waren zum Besuch der World-Vespa-Days hier und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke, das der Pool vorbereitet war, trotz der kalten und manchmal nassen Wetter Lage. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur im Badezimmer könnte ein Duschvorhang nicht schaden ? Der Garten und vor allem der Pool waren eine Sensation. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jeden Morgen da und hat ganz leise und diskret die Anlage versorgt und den Pool gereinigt. Ausflüge sind kein Problem, es gibt soooooo viel zu sehen.Vor allem das kleine kleine Dorf Vicopisano ist es wert dort dort hin zu fahren. Ein Traum. Vielen Dank....... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Lieber Vincenzo, Wir haben es hier im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool ist bravo, perfekt für unseren großen Sohn. Er war nach dem Anbaden jeden Tag im Pool. Während der großen Bruder im Wasser planschte, erkundete seine kleine Schwester die wundervolle Wiese mit den Gänseblümchen & kostete sie auch erstmals. All unsere Kinder waren glücklich und zufrieden hier. Die ruhige & schöne Umgebung mit den Olivenhainen gefällt uns sehr. Die Abend haben wir gern auf der Terrasse mit einem Glas Wein verbraucht. Wir können leider kein Italienisch..deshalb hier ein paar Sätze mit Hilfe des Google - Uebersetzers: Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane meravigliose qui a casa Al Vecchio Pozzo. Mauro e Meli hanno adorato l'ampio giardino (ed i gatti) e abbiamo adorato la splendida piscina. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per essere molto felice era in casa e abbiamo avuto molto tempo libero per essere creativi. Questo è davvero un bel resort in un ambiente splendido. Wir haben uns hier im Casa al Vecchio Pozzo super wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war für uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer ein Genuss, Abkühlung und Erfrischung pur! In Lucca genossen wir das "lädele" und die feinen "Gelatis", in Aquavillage hatten wir viel Spass mit unseren Kindern. Ciao Katia, ciao Vincenzo E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa. Al Vecchio pozzo è un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e distendersi. Anche perfetto per un viaggio culturale ( Pisa, Lucca, Firenze).
